We booked the room with the external bathroom. That was our fault. Not used to that. Was across from another room and was awkward.

Great staff and stylish, comfortable room. The breakfast was fantastic with staff making omelets and cappuccinos for guests. Location was great for walking to the Colosseum and right near the metro to get to all over the city. Plenty of eateries right near by, too. Nothing

Within walking distance of the Rome Termini Station, but not too close. Breakfast was included and had many options. Check in was easy and staff friendly.

Everything was perfect. Location 11/10. Very close to the train station, short walk to Colosseum and other amazing places. many restaurants and shops. Very clean room and friendly people. even we had a bathroom outside of the room, it was great. Good contact with the staff and they made all the best for our comfy stay. VERY RECOMMENDED ? - just a bit loud outside ( but it’s a part of great location)

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Communication was some of the best I’ve had. Breakfast was better than expected, made to order omelette, fresh pastries, etc.

We only stayed 1 night but The B&B was within walking distance of the Colosseum, which is a huge bonus. The staff was great and very helpful, especially with helping us get a taxi to the train station. Breakfast was made to order with plenty of food. We had a room big enough for the 4 of us. Our bathroom was huge with 2 sinks. The entire place was a little small but it worked great for what we needed.

Cleanliness and staff The room is facing the road and is very noisy since early morning. Too many keys/steps to make it to the room and bathroom.

The breakfast was great. They were very accommodating..The location was also great. We were able to walk to the Colosseum. We took transportation to the Vatican but walked from there to the Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain then back to the hotel. I would have liked to have an iron available .

Had a great stay at the hotel for 2 nights. It is next to a train station, 12 mins walk from Roma Termini, had a small elevator for luggage. The room is spacious, with strong AC, we got lucky to have a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Before we arrived Andrea communicated with us about arrival time and advised us to take Leonardo Express to come from the airport, which is cheap, quick and easy, and was not suggested in google map. When I asked he generously suggested some nice restaurants. The housekeeping lady prepared breakfast for us and was very friendly. Absolutely five stars. Nothing, all good.
