I had a great time it was very clean and our bnb host went out of his way to help us through out all of process, even came by twice to clean the room and change sheets. Also great location right in the city and near everything that you need to see at rome, and a super market down stairs,

Disappointing

Beds was comfortable. Great location. Owner made me wait on the sidewalk for 45 mins due to being at their other property waiting for someone to arrive. Shower was not nice, water sprayed everywhere, shower curtain was moldy. Hair dryer stopped working after about 30 seconds. Was never told there was a second one in the wardrobe but found it the second day.

Location was good. I was disappointed with my stay. The room lacked proper ventilation, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned — there was mold on the ceiling. In addition, the value for money was not good considering the overall condition and comfort of the room.

Nice big room in central location on 4th floor with lift access Big bathroom and shower Access to shared kitchen with kettle microwave and fridge Shop next door for food and drinks Due to group of 5 we were quite cramped and struggled for storage space We struggled to check in as little communication as possible- would have preferred if the man had come down to let us in as we had to buzz a random apartment to be let in when he was in the property already

The Location and staff was good The room was not clean at all except for the sheets and towels, the air conditioning didn't work, the internet was very weak!

The property was close to the train station but a bit of a hike from anything else in Rome. When we arrived at the B&B no one was there and we couldn’t enter. I had to call the number listed on the booking in order to get someone to come open for us. When the individual arrived and he let us into the apartment, he requested our city fee, but came extremely unprepared as he would not accept a card payment, despite being listed as accepted. When we entered the room it was extremely warm, but there was a portable air conditioning. It helped, but it did not seem fully functional as it would only cool to 28°C. Later in the night we had issues with the shower as there was no water. When I reached out to the host via Whatsapp through the number posted in the emergency number, I received no response. I assumed that this was due to the fact that I contacted around 11 pm, but when I woke up the next morning, the host had read the messages I sent and had not responded. In fact the host never responded. Additionally, the bathroom was covered in mold–all over the walls and ceilings. When the cleaning service came, we were not there, but when we returned we noticed that they had taken food from our private room and placed it in the shared kitchen.

convenient location, good size room, clean towels. Un inconvenient hair dryer with a very tight button that you always had to hold with your finger, very inconvenient. No air conditioning, a very noisy street if you sleep with the window open. No ventilation in the bathroom, so it is moldy. The rules of stay have a separate item banning smoking. Our family does not smoke, and during our entire stay we smelled cigarette smoke in the kitchen, in our room and it was not from our vacationing neighbors! Some stuff? The floor need to be cleaned well specially under the bed ), also windows and dust )

the only thing i liked was the location the dirtiest appartment i’ve ever been , the beds were terribly filthy and very uncomfortable

Location, security and access to supermarket below. Check in and out was easy. Room was cleaned well each day. Previous guest’s food should have been cleared out from the common fridge. There was rotten meat and soggy vegetables in it. Mattress was saggy. Safe inside room wasn’t working. As warned of pickpockets in the area, was hoping to use the safe. Kitchen had coffee powder but no filter, had water kettle but no tea bags.
