The wifi and data frequently cut out or had one bar-- very slow.

The staff member we interacted with was very kind, patient, and accommodating, especially while we were looking for our booking details. We also really appreciated being able to leave our luggage before check-in. There were a couple of downsides. We did come across a small bug, which turned out to be a pest, and, unfortunately, it affected our sleep. It was also a bit difficult to find the place at first, both inside the building and from the outside, due to construction in front. However, after a few minutes, we were able to locate it.

The location of the stay is great, lots to do. The whole thing felt tlike a hotel, we got a room with one small window and was pretty depresive and felt like jail. If I could i would gave more money for a room with a bigger or more windows that some natural light can come in. For sure a tip for the owner is to give more info about this thing

Everything was great, staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is great, there are a lot of authentic restaurants nearby. If I visit Rome again I will stay here again.

It was at a perfect location, sights were easy to get to, easy to get around, supermarket, lovely restaurants and cafes were very close. Always smelled some amazing food but we weren’t invited :)

I never do this but felt compelled to leave a review. I would highly avoid this hotel. AC is nonexistent. They do not have someone at the front desk 24/7 making it impossible to drop luggage off before check-in (which most hotels in Europe will accommodate). Room was labeled as a “double,” but only had a single bed. The neighborhood is also not the most ideal. WiFi is another issue. The room had a single outlet, which was positioned far from the bed. I suppose it is rather cheap so what do I expect. But it was a massive inconvenience, hassle, and uncomfortable stay. Would not return.

Amazing staff and good facilities. The location is just perfect, a bit off city tourist traps, with really good cafes and shops nearby

We didnt enter the place because no key provided and no one assist us or inform the procedure of check in

Location is quite convenient, close to shops, transportation and restaurants. Room is equipped with essentials. Bathroom is good. Beds are comfortable Room size is relatively small

Amazing place!

My family was very happy and their room and me. If when they come back to Rome, I would like to get the same room for me my family thank you. Everything was very nice clean. I loved the towels. The the AC was cool in the room very comfortable. I love this area. Thank you very much for everything. No, I don’t have to tell nothing about that not like it.

Ugh, the bed was awful, the internet was super slow, and everything was just terrible. I waited for the staff for half an hour to open the door. I wouldn't recommend it.

Comfortable and clean interiors. Sufficient space for accommodating 3 as promised. The entry from the street for the first time was tricky. A service vendor of another house helped us to get in!

The AC wasn’t working and there was a Sri Lanka restoyrant right below the room so whenever we opened the room all food smells was basically inside the room, it was so warm so we had to open the room and also it was too noisy, if the AC was working probably we wouldn’t have any of those issues.

Walking distance to some attractions. Ease of access to public transport made it easy to get to other attractions. The room was small compared to other accommodations booked. If one had cabin bags or check-in bags, space would definitely be an issue. The room gets c laustrophobic after a while.

Great location, superb service! Would come back again.
