I don’t like nothing Nothing to likeable

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with delicous coffee. Very close to Roma Termini train station but in a calm street. The best restaurant in Rome - tratoria vechia Roma - is accross the street (need reservation).
-
Very clean The entrance has an special smell like oldies. Breakfast can be better: fresh eggs, variety of cheese.

Breakfast might be better

Location was great. Walkable distance from central train station and subway entrance was just a block away. Coloseum and Forum were also reasonably close. Surrounding neighborhood was pleasant in the evening. Property is in an older building. Room was very small but still clean and comfortable. Had an early start both days of my stay and 8 a.m. breakfast was too late -- so I had to skip.

Perfect location, staff was extra polite and nice. Everything was super clean, and the food was tastefull. Everything was great .

Close to Termini station, just a 5-10min walk. Breakfast was ok. That is not a dinning area, that is a small hallway with 4 tables and one cannot be used because the reception is too close to it. There is no privacy while having the breakfast. Paper thin walls, you could've heard anything. Everytime someone ringed the bell or called the phone you would hear it, everytime someone was having the breakfast or speaking in the hallway you would hear it. The photos trick you, we thought we would have a double sized bed, but there were actually two single beds. So basically we couldn't sleep next to each other because there was a distance/hole between our beds that grew bigger everytime you slept because the mattresses were just sliding up and down on those bed frames because there was nothing to hold them still. We asked for slippers seeing that they had them listed on booking. Of course they did not have any and the next day they took them off the facilities list. Big language barrier, their english was almost non-existent. Shower barelly working. Lots of mold on the shower doors. They took the garbage from the bathroom and did not place another garbage bag. It is the first time I'm seeing a booking that has no duvet. You must use the air conditioning if you don't want to freeze during the night. We had just a sheet and the blanket that was already on the bed to cover ourselves. The street is misserable and homeless guys are sleeping outside of the building entrance all the time.

Good location of the hotel, we did not use transport at all. The room and bathroom are clean, good bed linen. There is no kettle or coffee machine in the room, but when we asked a kettle we got it. Also we got an umbrella in the rainy day. Unfortunately one mattress was not flat and not comfortable, the minibar in the room did not work, and it was quite noisy at night on the street where our window faced.

Great location Easy to access subway and bus Quiet Italian life… It was all good

Close proximity to the train station. The staff was very helpful. We were two couples and booked two rooms. We had an early tour start one morning and they came in early and made us a quick breakfast.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Roma Termini, which made getting to the airport and traveling to other cities super easy. It’s also close to the Colosseum, so sightseeing was very convenient. The breakfast was simple but nice, and what truly stood out was the amazing hospitality. The reception staff was exceptionally kind and respectful, going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Since we had an early check-out, he even brought our breakfast before.

The location is good, it is clean and the staff is nice. We liked the breakfast as well

We were very comfortable during our stay at Frederica's Place and it's a good value place to stay in Rome. Communication was clear before our trip and we found the accomodation easily. Our room was clean, staff were helpful and it was good to have breakfast during our stay. We'd have liked a kettle and tea / coffee in the room but we knew before we went from the listing that this wasn't available.

The location of the hotel is great. The staff was so gentle and helpful! Thank you guys! Good breakfast Nothing

Breakfast was good. Sink and shower were slow to drain.

The room was very clean with all the necessary amenities. An important plus that the room was cleaned every day. We could go everywhere by foot, but the room is also near metro and bus stations (such as the bus station for the airport) and has a very nice breakfast. The owners are very kind and helpful, we thank them very much for the hospitality. We definitely recommend this place. Nothing. All nice.
