Superb, location, clean, team vet helpful and supportive.

Near to Metro A 7min Walk. Valerio the host is very hospitable , friendly helpful..Breakfast is super, Aside from water, coffee, tea and juice, they offer bread and cereals and fruits too! More than we could ask for. Wifi is superb! Clean our room daily☺️ (bonus) Strong odor coming from the bathroom .

We were so grateful for Maya that made us a beautiful breakfast. The table was made for us and she was ready to cook and make us coffee. She was extremley kind. Access to the unit was not very clear so we were a little caught off guard upon arrival. The directions to get upstairs should be a little more clear.

The room was clean and had a great bed. We were not happy with our stay. The neighborhood did not feel safe for families, especially because the park nearby attracted people who made us feel uncomfortable. We didn’t feel safe walking around. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell that never went away, and it felt old, worn out, and in need of renovation. Overall, the property did not match our expectations, and we would not recommend it.

Location If you want to enjoy the beautiful Roma and also get a good night sleep, avoid this place! Unacceptable - the noise made early in the morning by the people who come to prepare breakfast slamming the front door and start working in the kitchen, with constant noise from crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils, without any consideration for the guests still trying to sleep.

We thought a hotel would have someone to help us with directions, etc. There were some unsavory types in the neighborhood, possibly staying in the building. Elevator not always available, but we were on the 2nd floor. Wish there was someone there to help with directions, etc. great staff for breakfast.

The B&B was in a nice neighbourhood, near the metro and in the middle of the city centre. It had a homy feel to it and was clean. But the what made it truly special was the sweetest host ever! Teona did her absolute best to make us feel at home and left a little gift every day. She made a really good breakfast and managed the B&B. So if we would rate her it would be a 10+++ We liked everything and have no comments

Our stay was simply fantastic. Everything was at a very high standard — the cleanliness, organization, and overall comfort created a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The room was well-maintained and extremely comfortable, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was also delicious and offered a great variety of options for every taste. The location was perfect: just 7 minutes from the Colosseum and about 5 minutes from the metro station and terminal, making it very easy to get around the city. I would definitely recommend B&B to anyone visiting Rome!

The hosts are super friendly and helpful and they made us feel really welcome. Lovely, clean rooms and delicious breakfasts. I highly recommend Teona's cappuccino! Excellent location.

Our room was big, we liked the way the beds were set up as it slept 4 people. Having breakfast each morning was a very nice bonus. It gave us the chance to talk with the morning staff who were very happy to help in anyway possible. It was nice to be near good restaurants as they were in walking distance. The bus stop and local metro are in walk distance as Double B Ferruccio l is not very close to main attraction. We found ourselves in the kitchen area often to eat dinner in or just to have a change of view when in for the night. To be honest at first we were not thrilled with having our bathroom in the hallway and always having to have keys with you to unlock and lock the bathroom door. However, after the first night we got use to it. Of course we would have liked to have a bathroom in our room, but with the layout of the room there is no way to do that. Also having somewhere other than your bed to sit on while hanging out in the room would make for a nice option.
