Coco and Giulia were amazing and attentive. The property was very clean and the location was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept the room very cool.

Giulia the proprietor asked us periodically how we're doing, did we need anything, etc. Her assistant Coco was always cheerful and helpful. The guest house was central to major attractions like the Colosseum and several bus & metro lines. They provided us with helpful recommendations for restaurants and transit options.

Well located. 10 min from termini, very close to metro station and from Coliseum . Very clean. Wonderful neighborhood. Suggestions for restaurants were on point. Host cares! Only one thing: the curtain situation! Not blocking the light at all and too short for the window!

The room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated, and all the facilities were provided, making our stay comfortable and easy. Overall, for the price we paid, it was a great option and a very convenient place for a short stay. We would definitely recommend it.

We spent four nights here, but our towels weren’t replaced once, which would have been appreciated. The light in the bathroom only worked with sensor, which was bothersome while using the shower.

I had a stay exactly as I expected. The area where the accommodation is located is about a quarter walk from the Colosseum and Termini central station and less than 5 minutes to metro and bus station. We were greeted by Giulia's colleague who was very kind and provided tips for our trip and suggestions for dining in Rome. I thought the apartment would be noisy due to the busy street, but with the windows closed we hardly heard anything. The photocell in the bathroom was a little uncomfortable, especially during shower where I had to open the door and wave my hand to reactive the light.

I really like location. Not far away from historical places, and also close to Termini station. Staff is very friendly. the room is clean and cute. The bed is comdortable.

Cleanliness was amazing! The room was really cozy and warm ! Even the common area with a little kitchen felt like being home !! The only thing I didn’t like is the main entrance of the building, felt old and smelly But this had nothing to do with the property itself

We had a wonderful, pleasant and comfortable stay. The accommodation is in an excellent location, we managed to get around everything on foot. The hospitality is perfect, as is the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. We really enjoyed it, thank you for everything.

A simple but clean accommodation in an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. The hosts also recommended some of the best restaurants in Rome, which did not disappoint—we had amazing meals. Highly recommend this place! Nothing to mention

Amazing staff, great location, great bathroom and shower Bed was comfy but a bit hard, very noisy street, no towel changes, no full kitchen access
