The location was amazing, air conditioning was great during the heat wave! Elevator was a pleasant surprise It’s not really a hotel room…it’s more of a provider hostel vibe. You have your own quiet room with a bathroom, but you also have a kitchen tote or anything, there is a large kitchen just outside your bedroom but you are only allowed to use the fridge (and since you can’t see it from your room, and it’s shared, I wasn’t going to count on things staying secure)

Bed we're good. Location is pretty good too. Close to Termini.

The room was clean, comfortable, and just right for two people. The owner was very attentive, well organized, and gave clear instructions through the onboard chat. We especially enjoyed the breakfast included in the package—even though it was simple (coffee and a cornetto), it was lovely and much appreciated. Near to metro stations. lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, the stay was okay. The only issue was a strong smell in the washroom. We also had to pay a €15 late check-in fee. Although we booked from December 26–30, we arrived on December 27 at nearly 3:00 a.m., which meant losing one night. The fee is understandable, but it would be better if it were more affordable.

It was comfortable, very well located.

The location was close to the collesum and train station. 1. It is more of an Air B&B not a Hotel as advertised. 2. We prepaid for Breakfast and all we got was a tiny cup of coffee and one single scone. For that too we had to walk to a nearby cafe to get it! 3. There was a kettle in the room but no teabags or coffee, which we need to buy. The cups are in the shared kitchen so is the fridge. 4. The exhaust fan in the ensuite was making horrible sounds as if it was broken. So, if you are looking for a hotel or good breakfast then please look elsewhere.

Location is great, perfect for the colosseum. Nice room, quite and just enough space for a few days. People are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a bit miss leading, you only get to get a croissant and a coffee from a bar round the corner - i therefore brought in my own cereal. Apart from that, if you want an apartment just round the corner to the colosseum, all you need.

location near train station and city center we asked for two blankets - got them, but one without blanketslip kettle in the room - but no cups.

Location. Thanks that the host permitted to leave our luggage till the evening. It was a too-small property. The breakfast was outside in the cafe, two minutes away. There was only coffee and a croissant, which was not good.

Excellent location, well priced, very clean. Everything smelled of smoke, bathroom smelled of sewer, room poorly equipped (kettle, but no mugs, tea bags, bad lighting, etc)

The host was very kind, the location was good, safety. No problem.

The location was perfect, I spent 3 nights in Rome and visited all the main touristic locations on foot. The longest trip was to Vatican which took an hour to walk back to the property. The property was clean and tidy, the little details inside the room added cozy vibe. The toilet was a bit noisy when flashing.

Very good

Comfortable bed, good size room with clean facilities. The bnb is located in a traditional Roman apartment block and is a 5/10 minute walk from the Colleseum which is great. Breakfast nice also which you are given vouchers for to collect from a local cafe where the staff are all very nice. Our only complaint was that the other guests were quite loud when coming back into the property. also in our room when walking around the wardrobe shook and rattled with every step.

Good value for money, awesome location- close to Colesium and lots of cafes and restaurants. Bed was fairly comfortable. Lori the host was lovely. The air conditioning was very welcome. The kitchen was a bit dirty, the shower struggled to to make hot water. It was quite noisy from the neighbours.

The location is great. Breakfast at the nearby cafe is cool. It's still an ok place for the location. The bathroom is crappy. Ventilation is bad.The kitchen is quite dirty. The lift broke down when we were there.

Location was good, unfortunately closest metro station was closed for renovations. AC was Ok. Pictures aren’t realistic. It’s one apartment split in to 3-4 units with paper thin walls. Everytime someone comes in wakes everyone up. Kitchen is planed to be shared with others. Wi-fi had bed signal. Overall hygiene was not good (dusty).

The host Lori was very kind and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable. Simple rooms, very comfy bed. The location is excellent, Colosseum is 15-20 mins walk away. The only negative I would say is the elevator. It's small and You have to go up one stairs to reach the elevator which was difficult for us with the stroller. If you're not travelling with a baby then it's okay.

Location is perfect, only few minutes walk from Colosseum. The room is small, but it is really clean and it is comfortable enough for a short stay. Lori, the host, is super nice and kind, she is available for any question and help. We really enjoyed our stay. Grazie, Lori The shower is fixed and that might be a problem if you want a quick shower without washing your hair

Location was perfect for your sightseeing trip to Rome Good to know!!! It says bed and breakfast but you need to go to a different location to get your breakfast. This is not at the B&B itself. Furthermore you only get a Cornetto (croissant) and coffee included. For everything else you need to pay extra. The matrass was awful and way too soft. Not comfortable at all. The toilet made a lot of noise when flushing. The room was noisy. You could hear everyone walking around.
