I loved that the property was just a few minute walk to the Colosseum, and in the heart of Rome. Located in a beautiful neighborhood. I loved everything it was perfect.

Location was good, quiet and convenient. Staff was friendly. Three rooms sharing one bathroom wasn’t too bad. But of course, it is not always convenient. It also depends on other tenants.

Had really bad experience with payment. Usually I never have problems with payment, the hotel always charges the required amount from the card in advance, but this time I had to get nervous. Since the workers urged to pay for our arrival before arrival on our own via PayPal, but due to bad internet I couldn't do it, and I asked them to pay in cash upon arrival and after that they agreed to check us in.

Great location, very clean, wonderful Host. The host allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in free of charge and even placed it in our room before we returned. Nothing.

The bathroom was mostly well upgraded but the shower head still needs replacing. Comfortable bed. The location was surprisingly good, quiet neighborhood but easy to walk to nearby restaurants and tourist sites. Wasn’t prepared for how small the room was. Barely room to lay open my suitcase. Not satisfied with the security of the pocket door entrance to my room.

First of all its super clean, great location only 10-15 mins walk from the collesium. Comfy rooms. ITs just a minor thing but since there is only one bathroom you might have to wait for others.

Classy with antique collection of pottery and painting. The room which included nlacony had a comfy bed and bed quiet neighborhood. Distance to Colosseum was like 7-10 minutes walking. Would highly recommend fhis place.

It is a great safe location the train line is close, they will charge you if you want to leave the bags in a time that’s out of your staying but is cheap. They could repair a few stuff in the bathroom.
