MICLAD BeB Colosseum Guest House

The guest house definitely even exceeded our expectations! The location was great, close to the Forum, the Coloseum and many great restaurants close by. The room was big enough for us, the bathroom was very spacious and they were kept very clean on a daily basis. Danielle was a great host, making sure that all is to our liking, he also managed to arrange for us late check in and check out together with taxi arrangements. All of that helped us to enjoy fully our stay in Rome. We will definitely go back.

The location is on walking distance from the main historical sites. The property is in a quiet area. There’s a shared living space with basic facilities like a coffee machine. The bed is up for replacement.

The guest house was situated in a beautiful neighbourhood and was an 8 minute walk from the Coliseum. The room was very clean and very cozy. The host was incredibly kind, offered recommendations on where to eat, and helped us secure a taxi on our way to the airport. Overall it was a great experience and we would love to stay here again.

Excellent location and quick response from management. Place was clean and comfortable. It doesn't have a microwave. I guess this is typical throughout Italy.

Nice room, but the bed was a bit to hard. Location is really good, with many nice restaurants nearby.

Location was super good, not far from Colesseum. Super cosy place for breakfast was provided. The host is super caring, he was always ready to provide any help. I liked everything.

It was within walking distance to many of the main attractions in Rome. The neighborhood needs to be described as residential, we weren't expecting that. The toilet wasn't secured to the floor, there needs to be a handle to grab onto when you get out of the shower.

The position of the appartment, very close to the metro and other lines, near the beautiful park and Colosseo. The area is very safe and you are staying in the building where families with children live. Everything was clean and perfectly organized. Daniele was very kind and helpful and he gave me all the information I needed before I arrived. The breakfast was ok, the cappuccino and croissant- enough to start the day. The café is nice, on the corner where the locals drink their coffe before going to work. For a reasonable price, you get everything you need, there are no negative points for me.

The location was amazing, convenient and comfortable. Our host was incredibly helpful and outgoing. Nothing.

The owner was responsive and helpful when we needed anything. The air conditioning was cold and the bed was comfortable The shower had what looked like a bit of mold growing

The room was really comfy and clean as well as the bathroom A bit noisy at night The breakfast included was at a bar and a bit light. However you can choose to have the continental breakfast for some euros more

Great location, excellent clean facilities

The B&B is in a great location, 5 mins walk from the Colusseum and public transport links. It's also very peaceful at night, being in a residential area, and thus we had no problems sleeping! No issues at all

Great location. Parking is in the same block. The owner is a truly nice and helpful guy.

Perfect location and the host could not do enough, highly recommend

the location was good, 10 min away to The Coliseum and you go through a park which makes it even better. The staff at the coffee is nice for the breakfast. The room that I was in, you could hear everything from the kitchen and when there are noise guest in others rooms can be an issue. maybe a sound reinforcement.
