Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel itself was great, but the absolute best part was the location. It is incredibly close to everything. Highly recommend if you want to be right in the heart of things!

Personnel. Cleanliness of the room. Avoid rooms 424, 425. Air conditioning external unit is placed right behind locked balcony door - noisy through the night even with closed door. And it is not your A/C, som switch off won't solve anything. Too much rust and calc in shower.

Rooms were able to accommodate families Entrance into the property. Address online doesn’t match where you go to enter. There are stairs before you get up the elevator which makes it difficult with luggage

Good staff Good breakfast Good location Recommend

By far the nicest staff in town. Beaming smiles and eager service. There was a restaurant on site but we did not use it. The location is decent as it was not a long walk to the main attractions and right on the metro line. The bed was fairly comfortable, and for the location, a reasonable price for Rome. The room was a bit dank, with some mold in the corner and some dust on the floors.

The property was well located, and the room was very good and comfortable The elevator didn’t work the first time so we needed to go up the stairs 6 floors with luggage so it was very inconvenient

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

It was kinda of sketchy at night but not bad at all

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Breakfast was very good but perhaps offer an earlier time like 6am as well as 7,8,9 am. The hotel lost hot water in the evening hours.

the front desk staff, she is really nice and helpfull the elevator, it is too old the breakfast, the breakfast that prepared is too little and they didn’t refill the bread and fruit when everything is empty.

  • Engine customer Dec 2025

Everything is very very good but they have to update the location on booking

I liked the location of the hotel and very friendly staff. The hotel was located in the square with lovely park which was visible from the breakfast hall. Also, the room and the bathroom were clean. The breakfast was nice, although we expect a bit more diverse food (only different types of bread changed over our stay. The rest was every morning the same). Firstly, the hotel is located on the 4th and 5th floors of the historical building with the old lift. Luckily, the lift was operating all the time of our stay. However, we had to be very careful with closing all the doors to keep the lift operating. Secondly, we were given a room with the windows to the light well. The worst thing of this setup was noise of running water/rain (especially in the morning) from air conditioning or other gadgets placed in the light well. One day, we forgot to close the window so the smell of the dishes from lower apartments came to our room and it was difficult to air the room as all windows led to the light well. Thirdly, the room had a bit old furniture as well as old and worn wallpapers. The bathroom was clean, but it would require some refresh (faucet was not attached properly, shower head could be replaced as it was full of scale). Fourth, the breakfast hall was too small for all the guests, so we had to book the table in advance. Despite that, on the first morning we could not get the table on the booked time. The lady responsible for the breakfast tried to keep it in order, but many guests ignored the rules. As I already mentioned, the breakfast was not so diverse (as I assumed from the description), I would expect a little bit change from day to day (at least there could be some changes in vegetables if salami and cheese are too expensive.) as well as better juices. We decided to not to change the room as we spent most of the day in the city and we got used to these little issues. My feedback to the hotel management is mainly to do regular checks of rooms' facilities (it seems the cleaning ladies do not bother to report the issues or the management is not willing to fix them). Also, I would advise to think of rearrangement of breakfast hall so the staff does not have to run from one side of the hall to the other.

After proving that they gave me a room which was not even in the pictures, they switched the rooms with a little bit better one. So kudos for that? The previous room didn't have a window. Toilet was not clean. Thus, there was no hot water. And also wifi didn't work for a whole day.

Pleasant staff, mostly young ladies, helpful. Breakfast buffet was ok yet limited. Old and classy interior of the building. Address/ location.. as I was told by the staff the hotel moved to this location about six months ago. WHY is it still listed under the old address ? VERY confusing for a new guests !! Room.. with old style furniture, old types of bedding / sheets, difficult window curtains. Bathroom.. had no hot water, only lukewarm. The corner shower was old, rusty frame at the base, also drained very slowly !! Super thin walls between rooms !! Rooms are separated by only thin wall, so u can hear guests next door talking, difficult at night !

This was about a 10 minute walk from Termini Station. It had a metro stop on the same block, so for transiting the City it worked great for us. The view was over the Park and picturesque. We thought the breakfast was excellent and completely worth getting it as part of the package, it was very complete, with lactose-free milk for coffee which for some reason was difficult to find in some areas. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had to go down one floor to our room (stairs only). For us this was not an issue, but for someone who can't walk well, or cannot take stairs it would be a detriment. To avoid this, you'd need to confirm at booking. There are a few stairs also, just to get into the entry-way and into the elevator, so you should confirm your group can do this.

The ubication is excellent, the staff was so kind with us. There was someone else’s food in the mini fridge of our room.

Location, room was spacious, staff friendly, breakfast was good. Upon arrival to our room there was a very strong sewer smell coming from the toilet. It was unbearable! And TV was not working.
