Clean, comfortable, well-appointed. Good location. Kind staff. I wish it had a little refrigerator! Also a black-out curtain for the little window toward via Benedetta.

Location and service Room 307 is basically an attic and this was very warm. Better a/c is need in the summer for the top rooms. I feel the lower rooms were probably fine.

Property was cute and in a good location There was no air conditioning & no hot water for 2 nights & 3 days…

The staff were very friendly. Central location. Very comfortable bed. So noisy. The window did nothing to block the street noise. The room was clean but a bit shabby. It could use new paint, curtains, lightbulbs, fix peeling wallpaper, needs a new anti slip mat in the tub. Terrible shower.

Great rooms in unique boutique hotel. Great architectural details and location was right in th middle of all the action. The host at the proeperty was great and very helpful. It was loud at night, but that is at any place you stay in this immediate busy area. The windows are thick though and cut down the street noise.

It was perfect, the location is near the center and Vatican city .It was very clean.The towers was changed every day .We had coffee maker in the room and tea.Amazing place !!! everything was very good

The location was good

The location of this hotel was great. The room was just what we needed and the staff was very nice. It was not too noisy because our room’s windows were not facing the Main Street which is very busy at night. The AC worked well, so the room stayed nice and cool in the 100 F degree weather. This was a great hotel, especially for the cost. The WiFi did not work the best in our room. It could be a bit noisy from people walking in at night or dragging their suitcases/cleaning in the room above us.

The location is perfection. It is a busy street at night but that didn’t bother me. The bathroom situation was weird. The water didn’t get hot, the water pressure was bad and I had what looked like a small swimming pool as a tub.

Clean cozy and very comfortable They didn’t call us also they didn’t text us about the details in addition we didn’t have details about the access in the first night. The sent us on whats up but I do not use

Bed was comfortable but pillows all needed replaced! Extremely noisy…did not rest well here

The staff were wonderful and the location can’t be beat. Unfortunately, for what we paid for our stay, there were too many things that needed attention. The water was lukewarm for showering, wallpaper was peeling, mold on the tub and tub mat, curtains had mold and were frayed, there were very few towel racks.

Nice location, value for money, staff attendance and autonomy. Nothing everything was perfect , just the toilet was in not perfect conditions and the bath also.
