Location is very good good breakfast The air conditioner did not work at all since day one. Despite daily complains nothing was done to fix the machine. Nobody even responded.The situation was critical due to the extremely high temperatures

Towels were changed during our stay. The room was equipped with an air conditioner which was great with the heat wave. The welcoming upon arrival and checkin was disappointing. Our room was on GF - right next to: the reception/elevator, a garden belonging to the restaurant and a wc accessible by others. Very noisy on all levels, day and night. There were ants on the counter and spoons when we entered the room because of some candy placed there so we had to throw it away. The shower wasn’t working well. Only the handheld one was functioning. The breakfast was okay but by 9am it became almost empty of food and was not refilled.

Clean rooms and the restaurant’s 3 choices of sitting inside, outside front on alley or outside courtyard

Tons of bugs in my room- ants all over, nasty black stuff all over the floor, bugs flying around the shower and spiders on the ceiling. Dirty and room door literally opens up into the restaurant patio

Close to the river, good restaurants & tourist attractions My bathroom was a little small

The staff was helpful— location was excellent- hotel facilities were clean and comfortable— A very good breakfast

I had no hot water for shower

Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Coffee was really good and good service. Bonus outside breakfast. The shower. Between 8:00 and 9:00 waterpressure was really low. Also problems with warm water between 8 and 9.

A lovely area of Rome, Casa Mia was a respite after our long flight to Rome! It was quiet for needed sleep, and was a welcome refuge from all of Roman tourists! The staff was welcoming and our room more than comfortable! Nothing

Great location with accessible front desk assistance. Staff were exceptional and it has the coolest little bar downstairs!

Friendly, helpful staff. There was no hot water on the first day. I tried in the afternoon and again as late as 11:30 PM.

The breakfast was OK - cereal, fruit, yoghurt, tea, coffee, some hot food etc I booked a single room not realizing that that meant I stayed in a cross between a broom closet and a shoe box. There was no space for a bedside table between the double bed (pushed against the wall) and the cupboard. There was a small desk with a small stool underneath but no chair - no room for one. The bathroom was the worst. You had to open the door and go in then shut the door to be able to access the sink or toilet. It measured something like 1.8 m x 2.1 (6 ft x 7 ft. ) There was not even a toilet roll holder! The hot water took forever to come on and there was no shelf in the minuscule shower stall for shampoo, soap etc nor was there a shelf for putting other toiletries - only the narrow surrounds of the sink. The 'soap' provided was a tiny little wrapped cake like you used to get in motels in the 60s. There was a stool under the sink so I moved that out in the only space between the toilet and bidet to put toiletries on.

I liked the location of the hotel and the room was clean and spacious. The host/manager was very responsive to my texts and my needs. She was very kind and friendly. I didn't like how thin the walls were. The person next door could hear every noise and conversation, so I felt I needed to be very quiet. If you are looking for privacy, this isn't the right place. I wish the shower had a stand to hold my shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap.

Claudia the manager of the property was awesome. Very responsive and helpful. We couldn't ask for more. Room was perfect for our stay. Would recommend to all.

room was way smaller then photos. room was not properly cleaned. bad and bad base was very all and peeled in to the room.

The”curb appeal “ was lacking but once inside it was very good.
