Had to climb a few steps with luggage. The elevator was super small and did not go to the exact level of the room. Very little space for our clothes.

That it was clean, decorated in a way that matched my esthetic. It was a quiet area and felt very secure. A little far walk but doable. My husband walks with a can so we utilized taxis

We felt very safe there. The room and property were clean. We walked to the Vatican Museum from there and the Pantheon. Probably a 30 minute brisk walk to each of them. We also enjoyed the restaurants and shops just a short walk from the property.

The concept of the hotel, its location and overall stay were very pleasant. Quiet area, safe surrounding, vicinity of the Vatican. Hotel staff was very nice and tried to be always helpful. The room provided enough space, was even surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels; cleanliness mostly very good; excellent cappuccino at breakfast! One thing which would be I believe appreciated by everyone, or all couples traveling with 2 suitcase is to have 2 stands in the room so that both can be put up and used - the room has enough space and this would complete its comfort. The rest are minor things, which I would like to highlight, mostly concerning the bathroom. This was very small and would need a bit of more attention from cleaning perspective, that is surely difficult, given the tiny space - the water pipe in the shower has no pressure, you can barely get the soap off; the toilet seat is moving with you (obviously to the direction people mostly tend to rotate as they can't fit in the space), though I get the spatial dependencies here..

Only one elevator and it was tiny - not a huge deal (only four floors), but sometimes a bit annoying with a young child (little patience and not walking up several flights).

The AC was nice in the room. Room smelled nice when we first entered. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to bus stop to take us to the main city areas but also within walking distance if you choose. Overall experience was great, no complaints!

The breakfast buffet was so nice, great variety from eggs, bacon, parma hams, cheese, fruit, breads, and amazing cappucino. The bedroom was superclean and comfortable. Location was great in a very safe neighbourhood. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Valerio. After I accidentally left my phone in a taxi, I was understandably stressed. Your receptionist handled the situation with remarkable professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. Thanks to his efforts, I was able to recover my phone, which meant a great deal to me. His willingness to go the extra mile truly reflects the high standard of service your hotel provides. Great hotel. Very good location and breakfast. Great game room in the hotel with Billard and table Tennis. Clean and spaceious rooms. It was the Best out of 6 hotels we have Visited during our Italy Trip. Great room and hotel design.

The hotel is in a quiet area of Rome - close to the Vatican. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Our room was clean and cozy. There is also a grocery store a short walk away and great cafes and restaurants in the area.

It is close to the Vatican. There is a grocery store across the street. Many great restaurants, pizza and cafes in the area close by. On a quiet street and room is quiet. Came with optional breakfast and was good, lots to choose from. Coffee , cappuccino and espresso made to order included. Staff were friendly , polite and helpful. Water pressure in shower could be better. Scrambled eggs were cold.
