Great Location. No breakfast. More comfortable bed.

In the first night, I struggled to get in but host provided a second key.

No breakfast, but the location was more than perfect to do my work and visit Rome. Public transportation was very accessible (within 2-3 minutes). The balcony is wonderful with a beautiful view. Great place to relax and have a drink after a long day of conference or a walk in the town. A small area, such as a kitchen, would make the place perfect. So guests will not do/prepare food in their room.

Roberta is a phenomenal host! This place is conveniently located right next to the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. My GF and I also had no problem walking to the Colosseum and other sites from here.

The place was very clean and cozy. The only thing I was missing was a way to warm up food and an extra plate. Otherwise was perfect. Location was amazing. Rebecca was very nice and willing to help with any questions! A way to warm up your food and extra plate.

The location was perfect, a few minutes from San Pietro train station, and a few minutes walking to the Vatican. Also very easy to take the bus 64 to the city center and visit the main attractions. The room had a lovely terrace to enjoy a morning breakfast or a late dinner after walking the whole day. The host, Roberta, was super kind and even allowed us to do an early check-in. Simply perfect place to visit Rome. Nothing to complain.

Lovely apartment with comfortable beds and a beautiful modern bathroom. Tea and coffee available. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our train was delayed getting in and Roberta waited for us to make sure we could check in. Unfortunately no milk or creamer was available at the coffee station.

Roberta is a fantastic host. The property is spotless and in a great location of the Vatican and useful amenities. Our room had a lovely terrace also.

Breakfast was not included in our option, but we had access to a Nespresso and that was fantastic! Nothing.

Host was so helpful fir everything

A bit far from most tourist destinations in Rome.

The location was good, and Roberta was friendly and helpful! It was my mistake that I did not find the information that the bathroom was outside of the room. But Roberta politely agreed to give the key and made it for us only.

The room was much more bigger than I thought. It included large balcony and private bathroom which was located outside the room. Bathroom was also large and the sauna was included. Room temperature was very well managed. Roberta was a lovely host. It was 5-10minutes walk to Vatican. Nothing at all

Attico is just a 10-min walk away from the wonders of Vatican City. We enjoyed retreating back to our comfortable and clean room at the end of each day! Being greeted by our host each day was a lovely addition - a charming spot we will definitely come back to again!

It is a nice apartment in a safe, green and central location. You can go to the local cafes which do not charge touristic prices and do grocery shopping at a carrefour across the road. Vatican City is at a 15 min or so walking distance from the apartment. You can take the bus no:64 to get to the other tourist attractions,I.e., Trevi Fountain etc., in Rome. But I preferred to walk as it takes only 20-30 min. Toilets are not in the room as it is an apartment with bathrooms and toilets in the corridor. It was a private bathroom ( just for my own use) just 3 steps from my room. So it was not a problem at all. The room opens to nice terrace that I liked. Roberta is very helpful and welcoming. Thanks very much, Roberta! Nothing.
