The hospitality of the owner
-
Close to everything esp to the Vatican which was our main point of interest. The owner was so considerate of checking us up early.. reply our inquiries promptly… the facility was clean Though there was a bar close by that gave a noise but that was manageable… not a biggy… we had a good night sleep…

Location. The locked and secure room. Surrounding area felt safe. Very close to St Peter's Basilica and the Vatican. One day we had an issue of no hot water and the toilet was running. We were able to contact owner/manager of the property and he immediately fixed the problem.

Location Too many bugs in the room. The shower was clogged. There was no room to put anything (no night stands, or a table. We had to place everything on the floor. They did not clean the room one day because we didn’t leave early (they did not tell us about that). The room was not what we saw in booking. The price they charged for the room was too high. We are saying this because we stayed in Rome before, we stayed in I Prati de Rome, a two bedroom, kitchen, living room apartment, located in a great location, and we paid exactly the same price. This property did not filled our expectations.

Clean and good location. Close to the buss stop which will take you to all main attractions. Walking distance to Vatican and Saint Peter train station. Lack of garden or balcony, would be nice to be able to sit outside in summer.

The property was in a great location. It was close to the grocery store, on the go pizza, and gelato. We walked to the Vatican and the bus going to the Pantheon and Colosseo was across the street. The Sta Saint Pietro was only a 10 mins walk. We didn’t find anything we did not like as we were only there for a few days.

Lovely clean accommodation. Perfect for me and my daughter Everything was fine. Nothing bad
-
The room is not good insulated. Can hear the open/close doors, people talking. They give towels for first night. Pay €5 for new towels. I stay 3 nights
-
The bathtub. Easy to hear the neighboors.

Fantastic! Stuff was very pleasant and very nice! Thank you!

It was a simple, but fine room when you're on the run! We just went there to sleetp which was very fine.

The room is spacious and the jacuzzi is superb. The owners are super friendly and go beyond to make you feel welcome. It was my fiancées birthday and they decorated the room so nicely with balloons and candles??? The location is close to everywhere, absolutely recommended.

The apartment is like a B&B. There are multiple rooms with an en-suite in like and Italian home. It was in a convenient location if you want to see the Vatican and Marco is very understanding of schedule and wants to help you make your holiday convenient, I.e leaving your bags at the property, early check in, late check out etc. The room itself is very cute, we had access to a small courtyard (great for morning coffee fresh air), a comfy bed and a multi-head in the shower. On top of all that, it’s conveniently close to the train station! Overall, it’s worth your money. Nothing at all.

Nothing. What was shown on the images did not quite reflect what we encountered. The day we went for our flight (so no option to change anything), we receive a message about the room we booked being flooded by one of the prior guests and how as apology we will receive prosecco and vouchers for breakfast. What will I do with that, if the floor where I put my luggage was still wet and tiles were broken, so we needed to watch where we step not to hurt ourselves. We tried to arrange to talk with the owner the next day, but because we had a paid booked tour, we asked if it can be later during the day. The owner was not cooperative on that, nor on changing the room for us. Overall, a very bad experience.

Exceptional
-
- located in a nice neighbourhood close to Vatican - a bus away from the city centre - tiny bathroom with tiny disposable shampoos - unsanitary rule of not flushing toilet paper - a lot of noise due to thin walls - early check out at 10:30 - not in the walking distance of important attractions
-
Very good
