Location is perfect to main sightseeings and a super friendly staff Shuvo and Joan made this stay lovely and cosy. The door to the bathroom limited the space, if it could be a sliding door the room would be even better))

The location is fantastic. The accommodations are nice but small. Just enough of space to be comfortable for a few days. There is a lift which is a major plus. I have to say the location is amazing again!

A little complicated without full time entry desk, but ok for the cost savings.

Room very nice, modern, clean. Good value. Great location. Listed price said it was discounted 70%. That was exaggerated. Its right priced at the price they discounted to.
-
The location was great, it was really clean and the staff was friendly. The shower head kept falling down, the shower is really small and the AC started sounding like a washing machine during one of the nights.
-
The location was very convenient and the room was comfortable and matched the photos on the listing. Best of all, the staff was very hospitable, with a breakfast ready for us every day - my favorite part was the young man greeting us each morning and offering a cappuccino or americano!

Excellent location. Kind of noisy. Poor breakfast.

The location is excellent, right between San Pietro and Sant'Angelo Castle. You can walk to Piazza Navonna, Spagna, Pantheon etc. In the neighborhood, there are plenty of good restaurants, osteria etc. The rooms are decent. The breakfast is very simple: coffee or tea, some cheap ham and cheese, yogurt, apples, some sweets, all from the supermarket. The bathroom needs a renovation, the water pressure wasn't always the best. The rooms are not soundproof.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the bathroom was modern. We appreciated the amenities provided, especially the large bottles of water we could help ourselves too. The location was also perfect (5 minute walk to the Vatican) and the area felt very safe. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t very strong.

The only advantage of staying at this hotel is the view from the window ATTENTION !!!!!! Please be careful before anyone books a stay in this hotel. Unfortunately, they are scammers. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast) 1 breakfast was normal at 8:00 in the morning but unfortunately so poor that words are not enough... dry bread, a few slices of ham and cheese (please see what photos they add on the application)... but I was more surprised by the lack of breakfast on the 2nd day. No information why there was no breakfast, everything was turned off, no one was there. Of course we wrote but we received the answer practically at the time of check-out - that the service was stuck in the city... DRAMA ROOM: photos from booking are a scam!!! - there are holes in the floor, in the shower and above there is mold. There is tea and coffee on the table but no cutlery. We wrote for 2 days about cutlery - no contact, no answer - there was nothing to sweeten, mix. We had in the reservation e.g. bathrobes, slippers - none of these things were there... To this day the Hotel does not answer the phone from Booking or respond to emails. I contacted via whatapp, the hotel reads my messages and no response. Today I was blocked... PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL or best AVOID.

It was close to Vatican and some areas where we could find some options to eat outside etc. However it was very loud. Extra Beds were not comfortable and squeaking. Bad luck, the refrigerator was also.leaking and laminate floor were swollen. The siphon system was broken. Room rate was including breakfast but it was also relative poor.

Once the booking was completed they made us to wait over one hour outside to have someone come and let us in . The room it was small and bed not comfy, very poor furnished . Shower was VERY dirty, (see photos ) After one hour we checked in they told us we need to leave as it was a mistake on the website amd some else booked the room earlier that day (the website took our $800 for that night and after they tried to kick us out) .Very poor breakfast too! I have never seen such a dirty shower ! Definitely don't waste your $ to stay there even the location it's central .This is not a luxurious B&B how they advertising! Nasty , dirty & unprofessional costumer services ! I don’t even take a shower !

The location is great, 5min to Vatican. The elevator in the house is wonderful. On check-in we had to wait for 30 min because they don't have self check-in. The street is noisy and windows don't make the room absolutely quiet. These are rooms with private bathrooms in a huge flat, kind of a hostel, where some people don't understand that there are quiet hours. There were hairs in the room when we first came. The price is too high for such accommodation and service.
