Very friendly staff, nice neighborhood, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The room smelled a little moldy and ac wasn’t the greatest.

Breakfasts is good the dryer on and off not working all the time. Also bathroom need one more light it was too dark.

Spacious room, clean, quiet area, helpful staff, and excellent location—comfortable walking distance to the Vatican City, the Metro, grocery stores, and many good restaurants. Very hard to find as there were no signs big enough to locate. A complimentary bottle of water a day would be nice.

Location, beds were very comfortable Room was on street level and noisy since it was a Saturday night. Didn’t get much sleep due to groups of passers by chatting and laughing as well as traffic

Close to the Vatican, included breakfast and very nice lady tending to it (made us cappuccinos fresh too). WiFi was almost unusable it was so slow, pretty small rooms, shower did not drain.

VERY friendly staff, they helped us so much! Sufficient breakfast, clean room and very nice location!! Internet connection is SO BAD! Maybe it was because we stayed at the room downstairs. Wi fi rarely worked, our cellular data didnt work properly either. For GEN Z people be careful about that :) They should fix this

Great small family like hotel closed to restaurants and the Vatican, our attendant Francesca was excellent. She prepares a really a good breakfast every morning. Great customer service. The glass door to the shower opens ackwardly
