We were sad that the restaurant was closed.

The staff was very efficient and kind, regarding any matter or request. The bed was really comfy (I have back issues and the mattress was excellent). Breakfast was offering all different choices

It is classy. Staff was kind, polite, helpful and friendly. Location was great too. I can’t recommend it enough.

Nothing Bad. Noise. Zero sound isolation. Arabs in rooms at the roof.

The garden is exceptional

The hotel staff were extraordinary and very helpful! The breakfast was very good. There is a walking distance metro station near the hotel. The room is large and clean. We had everything we need. The shower waterflow was a bit small.

Air conditioning was not working because they had stopped the central air conditioning. Room got very humid.

Breakfast was humble

Exceptionally polite and helpful staff Spotless and well-organized rooms Beautiful and relaxing garden A bit far from major tourist attractions, though well connected by public transport (we personally preferred the quieter location away from the busy city center) Breakfast could have been more varied and complete

Hotel Fenix is a great place to stay to visit the city of Rome. The hotel is located in a safe and pleasant area in the northeast of the city, easily reached by bus or metro. The hotel staff was very friendly, both the reception and the service on the terrace and in the breakfast room, as well as the chambermaids. The courtyard is a nice place to relax and enjoy tasty snacks and drinks. The room is fine in size for a short stay. The breakfast was very extensive. There is not much to criticize about the Fenix hotel. Yes, it is a bit dated in some places, but that also gave the hotel charm in our opinion. Take into account a travel time of about 10-15 to the city center of Rome. On the other hand, it is wonderful to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city center and to discover the district.

Rooms are so well decorated the bed is confortable. Breakfast is delicious, for sure you will feel confident when you choose Fenix hotel for your stay in Roma. Train station is close to de hotel and is not to crowded like termini station.

Breakfast was really good, staff very helpful, the room was big enough for the 4 of us and very confortable. The hotel was great. We could hear people walking on the room above us, but that's all.

The hotel was very nice, clean and welcoming. The staff was always available and helpful. I liked the signature scents scattered around the hotel! The bed was extremely comfortable. Toiletries were available in the bathroom, aside from conditioner. Lovely breakfast with sweet and savoury options. We had a view on the garden which was open to guests. I don't have any complaints. Just a note for improvement. The shower wall was a bit dirty, in need of a good scrub. On one side of the bed the power outlet was hidden behind the furniture and not accessible. The A/C was switched off centrally in the evening and only came back on late at night, this could be a problem in the summer. The access to the rooms is still done with a physical key and not with cards which didn't make us feel very safe.

Nice size room, comfy bed, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Neighborhood free of tourist, but with a great restaurant just down the street, 300 m away. Nothing comes to mind.
