Front desk didn’t open door to room where utensils were. I couldn’t leave my room and my husband had to go buy plastic utensils. Were told upon check out that she should have helped an unlocked the room.

I liked the location (very close to great restaurants, a big supermarket, the pharmacy and it is not too far from a Metro station) and the nice building (like many Roman villas in the same neighborhood). The room was clean and comfortable although the AC unit was a bit noisy. Breakfast was good, the waitress there was very kind and friendly. I liked breakfast, especially the fresh fruit, but I would like to see more lactose free options (for instance Greek Yogurt and/or Kefir) as well a a bigger variety of cereal (musli and oatmeal would have been appreciated).

Residential area of Rome that is quiet with beautiful old mansions. Very, very clean.

Beautiful property, very clean, spacious rooms, lovely breakfast with lots of options. It would he nice if breakfast hours ran until 1000 so you could sleep in, relax in the morning, instead of having to set an alarm while on vacation just so you don't miss breakfast.

A beautiful, quiet place in a convenient location with private parking—ideal for those coming to Rome by car.

Spacious room, quality heating, solid breakfast, cleanliness.

The complex is closed off so you have the feeling that you are spending the night in a relaxing neighborhood with lots of greenery. The 1st sight is very authentic and cozy. We were too early, but were able to check in perfectly and leave our luggage safely. The room is sober but very spacious and with cozy mood lighting. The room could be made perfectly dark by the window shutters. No noise pollution. Nice mattress to sleep on. Friendly staff at the reception. There is a bus stop very close by, so you can perfectly take public transport to the center. The breakfast buffet was sober, but sufficient. I personally didn't find the breakfast room very cozy. A little mood music would be allowed. The breakfast lady was super friendly.

It is a very spotless and peaceful place, and the staff is very friendly.

A hidden jewel in this beautiful city. We felt extremely safe and loved the history of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and I don’t think I’ve stayed at a cleaner place. The room was modern and CLEAN. The reception staff was available 24 hours and they were extremely helpful. Shout out to Daniela! The location was a bit removed from Rome city center so you’ll need to take transportation to get most sites but there’s a bus stop right outside the property.

Staff is friendly There was no iron or laundry service. There is no phone in the bedroom and breakfast was minimal. I also had problems with the AC which was fixed but had to sleep without an AC on the first day. They did provide a fan.

Proximity to an area we wanted to be in. Not far from metro and city center either Very clean! Quiet and embedded in a green park in the midst of the city. A nice oasis. Parking inside the property a big plus for 15€ a day. Rooms very tight. Expensive overall for the type of facility ( it is not a hotel!) and in comparison to some hotels in the area. Breakfast was rich but quality of food was not so great.

The staff were very rude, the radiator didn’t work and was leaking. We booked for two nights, but didn’t stay the second night, they refused the partial refund as was stated on Booking. We also had a free breakfast, we didn’t have any breakfast except 2 coffees and they charged us for that too!
-
The position and cleanliness The breakfast time finishing a bit too early for some “holiday mode”.
-
The room was warm and very clean, the staff quite kind and the breakfast very good. We didn't expect to be charged 15 Euros for the parking lot.

Everything in the room and the fixtures were brand new. The location is good and close to shops and the metro.
