It was convenient, well kept, and attractive.

I liked everything. My experience was above and beyond.

The room was clean and service was also good, the host was available and very helpful ☺️ Nothing everything was good.

The location was very convenient to reach the city centre and transportation links. It was a quiet place to stay and relax. All good

The room was small. The walls were thin we could hear the conversation in the next room. We had a visit from a Plumber at 10.pm. We couldn’t use the safe as previous guest had shut it. Angela was pleasant enough but didn’t seem to want to address the issues.

Since I love quiet places of stay, the appartment is in perfect location. Not too far from the center. You can travel with scooter, bus, taxi or walk to the city center. The view from the balcony is simply great. The walk is around 50 minutes but on your way you get to see bautiful locations and especially a near by amazing park. 1 minute from the apartment you have a few restaurants, they are very good, also a tobaco shop and Carfour with all that you need if you just want to stay in the room. The check in is very simple and had no problem. The sheets' the towels were perfectly clean and ready. The hot water was always ready to use, warm blankets are ready also. Simone the owner is very responsive and we had a great communication. Simone helped me with the shuttle from and to Fumicino airport. Important thing, the cancellation policy -> for me it was good since the cancellation or change was as close as possible to the date of the arrival to the apartment and I could pay with cash or credit card on the spot.. The place in the pictures at booking looks much better than in real. The room floors, furniture and the balcony are old and need renovation. The floors were not so clean when we arrived. Also the bathroom cabine has a mold on the walls. One very important matter -> the isolation between the rooms is not good. I could hear very well the bathroom and the water and the talking from the room near by. Also any sound from the corridor is well heard. In our room use of bathroom is not isolated and the bathroom door cannot be locked. We were in room number #1. On the balcony we had the air conditioner engine of other room (not from ours since we didnt use the air conditioner which needed a good clean in it since there was a dust and mold on it's inside) was very loud and we couldnt stay with the blacony doors open because of the AC engine noise. The exit to the balcony from the room could be done from 2 places, one place(balcony door) was with broken glass (Simone told us that it was smashed a day before we arrived hence it might take time. Also the doors of the balcony, the handle is not working properly-> not locking the doors completely. The only way to close the balcony is by lowering the blinds till the end. I booked the apartment 6 months in advance on Booking.com. I booked for 6 nights in total (3 nights, pause and then another 3 nights). The first 3 nights cost was 347 euros + 30 euros city tax. The second 3 nights cost was 367 euros + 30 euros city tax. From value for money perspective ->In total it's too expensive since I viewed additional apartments and they had almost equall price to this aprtment, but they were closer to the city center, looked good and had equally same good reviews in total as this accomodation.

Cant ask for much in Rome, for the price. However, don’t expect much in terms of facilities. A bit old and outdated but good for a couple of nights. Pros: They have an elevator and the host is responsive and helpful, on your budget with close to the metro. Cons: Bathroom needs some renovation, Simple basic accommodation.

We arrived late to the place. The host were nice enough to upgrade our room and provide us with a smooth check in; even at night.

The room was warm enough, well ventilated and neat to my satisfaction.

The staffs are racist. I will not recommend this hotel for any back visitor. Nothing but frustrating
-
The quietness, the location, the cleaning service. Those are perfect. There is no hot water the first 24 hours of my stay. Just really annoying that after a 8 hours flight then ended up cannot shower for the next 24 hours.

Spacious, daily cleaning 1. The water of shower in Rome hotel is low and scoring hot. 2. The toilet cannot continue flushing most of the time. 3. The front door is difficult to open. We are locked outside often.
