Location is great - in a quieter, safer part of Rome. Very clean and good breakfast! Most of the staff was friendly & helpful too! We had a couple staff members - one working at night and the other working in the morning that were pretty abrupt, aggressive and scolding us for silly things.

Great location! We felt safe, away from the craziness of Rome/tourists, but accessible to many things – restaurants, markets, laundry facilities, parks, banks, all within walking distance! And then all of the tourist things – Vatican, Colosseum, etc. were all a short taxi ride away. It has a great outdoor garden area to eat your breakfast and it’s all enclosed. Very pretty and perfect for our grandson to run around as well! It was very clean and the majority of the staff was very kind and helpful. We honestly don’t have any thing bad to say about the property – it was great! And like I said previously, the majority of the staff was very kind and helpful, however, we did encounter 2 staff members that seemed a little too tightly wound - scolding us like children & physically closing the drawer on me (in the food area) when I was getting a napkin when they weren’t out on the counter…something similar happened at breakfast when we were trying to move some chairs together for our family to sit together…scolded like children and chairs abruptly grabbed from us and put back…thankfully that wasn’t the case with the other staff members.

Big backyard

Location The AC wasn’t working , they said the Government prohibited to use Ac . The least they could do was at least get us a fan or something. They said we could open the window , we did but the birds were so loud we couldn’t sleep at all .

I booked included breakfast. The hotel service since 7.00-.10.00 am . I am going to eat about 9.20 but no one staff support or sevice to me even though I told them please arrange table for me please. The bad things is some food is empty and they refuse to fill it .

Classy, clean and charming. Breakfast was delicious. A bit expensive.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff was friendly! It felt a little humid in the rooms

Staff was super friendly and the room and bath was lovely. Super lovely area but a bit too far from the attractions / restaurants. But that was pur fault for booking it. :) The breakfast was really not good. Especially if you have a great contrast of Rome‘s cuisine, I would opt out from breakfast and go somewhere else.

My flight from the U.S. arrived much earlier than most hotels' arrival times. As I waited for my room to be ready, Christian, at the reception desk, was very cordial and we had interesting discussions that made the time go by quickly. My room was ready long before the posted arrival time. The room was a little smaller than expected but didn't diminish the quality and comfort. Very clean, attractive room which met all my needs. I was surprised the cost was far less than one would expect for such accommodations in a very nice part of Rome. The breakfast was wonderful and I wish I could have stayed longer. Can't think of a thing ... Everything was wonderful!

The bed was worn off and some of the furniture was old

Clean, nice and polite staff, we got ground floor rooms as requested, close to bus station to and from the old city (line 60). Metro was about 10 minutes walk away which was also convenient.

The bathroom had mold

The room was very comfortable, large bed, nice toiletry pack, dressing gown and slippers, coffee machine and a kettle. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was just right. Coffee from the bar for breakfast was amazing! This hotel is a nice hide-away for people who like to stay not too far from the city centre, but avoid tourist crowds. This simple, quiet but in a way exquisite villa is definitely value for money. Coffee at the bar is so amazing, so I am not sure why there is this filter coffee/americano in the breakfast hall :)))

We loved this hotel! Such a gorgeous, quiet location, in a leafy setting - outside of the main centre but 10mins walk from the nearest metro (Bologna) and 5mins walk from gelato! Staff were delightful and the breakfast was an added bonus. Rooms were lovely and comfortable - we were tucked down a small hallway behind reception with a secret sliding mirror door :) at $200 NZD a night it was incredible value for money in Rome. Breakfast was a little basic. We got there before 8am and there was almost nothing left - including cutlery. Staff seemed stressed. All I could get was a bit of dry toast and no coffee was offered. The breakfast experience could definitely be improved.

Location, back yard area. The room we got needs quite some rework vs. the pictures on Booking / internet. Door was not fixed properly, the wood frame moved with the door, ventilation has not been clean since ages, walls had many damage signs, bathroom had a bad sewer smell, bath tub missing some elements. Glasses inside the room were dirty. We also had a “one night stand “ couple accommodated in one of the neighbor rooms, due to thin walls and wood door between these connecting rooms , we had to call the reception to intervene for loud music and noises at 3am. A pity as the hotel has a nice yard, reception and cosy breakfast area.
