The staff we’re very friendly, this place is great if you are planning to stay in Rome only one night although as a female traveler I don’t recommend the location The location was unsafe
-

-

-
Good service and accommodating.

Was a very nice experience and friendly staff
-
Well selected location. Very good facilities : mattress , A/C , hot and cold water, locker , roof No free towels , no shower gel or shampoo
-
Really convenient and the staff was wonderful!!! So friendly and helpful! They gave terrific food suggestions! ? It was exactly what we needed!
-
Water and place for play and study or work
-
The surrounding neighborhood is less than ideal, could be scary when you walk alone at night
-
Everything was good
-
The place was very comfortable and it's near the metro and train startion
-
reception guy was good, location and also things like electric kettle and wifi... price was a bit high...

Staff are nice, Rooftop, close to Termini, price is okay Loud room storage boxes, buzzer every time room door opens all night, no outside food allowed on rooftop (with limited menu), …
-
clean, near to colosseum and other attractions

Location was terrible didn’t expect that at all. To any women especially solo travellers maybe spend a bit extra for a better are. Nothing sketchy happened to me but I heard a couple weird things. Just be careful with valuables and being alone at night and be mindful of your surroundings. Felt like the property did everything they could to keep energy and social life down. No big communal space, no kitchen, rooftop and bar opened pretty late as well so I ended up going somewhere else. Would’ve liked to meet people outside of my room but it is what it is.

Great experience, will definitely come back again

The location is not the best, especially if you are a solo traveling female, but if you consider the price it's very reasonable.

I couldn't take shower cause no hot water. The lockers are too expensive

Great location, super convenient. The facilities are great, it's all very well organized. It's super clean and comfy. Beds are nice, great pillows; each bed has its own lamp, usb port and plug... there were 2 bathrooms per room; i stayed on a 6 bed and then on an 8 bed dorm, both, great! Nothing to add here.

The staff was exceptional, and it had lots of amazing common areas and amenities. The area. As opposed to other parts of Rome it’s not the nicest. I found their fees for breakfast and lockers a bit steep and they had nowhere to fill your water!
