Drinking tap water, you have to get it from the bathroom. Not allowed to turn on AC in June month, and if you keep windows open, then you can hear all the loud noises from outside. Table fan helps somewhat, still the room felt hot with windows closed.

Too many weird noises, but she explained before every thing.

Location was ok . The owner was friendly . Rooms were clean The beds were a joke very narrow not confortable . The difference in price for getting breakfast is not worthed

Everything is within walkable distance, specifically the Colesseum. Breakfast was bit off. We expected something refreshing as we were also paying for breakfast. in the same amount we paid there for breakfast we could have hot and fresh breakfast from bar.

The bed sheets were hospital bed quality, no wifi.

Clean and comfy, large room with all you need. Building had an elevator.

Lady Bin was absolutely kind and helpful! She cleaned the room every day and brought fresh fruits. The neighbourhood is not the best, and the design of the hotel is a bit poor.

Area it's located in is not great however the tube station is 50 metres from the b and b so that is a huge plus. The room is basic and clean and good value for money. The continental breakfast and the coffee and tea was also enough to kickstart your day. The owner was polite and very helpful and recommended a restaurant close by that was very reasonable and had really nice food. The area around it needs cleaning up.

Having to dispose of used toilet paper in a bin rather than flush is unacceptable. Communal toilet is not what we paid for. Fix the plumbing before booking the room out. Host entering the room at will is also unacceptable. Left after 1 night of a 2 night stay.

The bathroom abit old and hard to flush quickly, the staff also not so friendly. When we ask about to keep our luggage she also mot responsive, breakfast so so. But yeah luckily this place safe enough for woman to stay. Bathroom hard to flush. We need to pay more money and the lady explain not so well why we need to pay extra money. We though already paid in booking.com bill

The lady who greeted us was very lovely and informative, she gave us alot of info and places to go/see. We felt very welcomed at first The list is long, - There was zero description about it being a spare bedroom in someone’s house, therefore the price was wayyy to much. - The pillows must of been filled with concrete because they were rock hard, - Had to put your used toilet paper in the bin and not the toilet because you couldn’t flush it. - The area was super dodgy with the wrong kind of crowd all times of the day, you felt like you were going to be robbed. - The place was very stressful to find, it’s a private place so the name was on a buzzer on the door and not clearly labeled, we tried finding it and calling for 30 mins, we nearly booked a new room. - Either the other guest or host would play the loudest tv all hours of the night, I had to bang on the wall most night for them to turn it down. - locking of the doors was a pain, you had to turn the main door 4 times to lock and was very loud when you would come back at a later hour of night.

Despite being really late to check in, we were met by a very friendly lady. She showed us everything. Fresh fruit, items in fridge, pastries and crackers. Great central location and comfortable beds.

Good location with nearby transport and a nice park to rest. Mrs Bi was generous with breakfast and polite. Comfortable room and nice AC ventilated. Clean room. Security door locks , both room lock, hall central door lock and entrance door lock. Room is on 3rd floor and you have to lock all doors in and out every time after you get in or go out. Elevator is old but working. A bit small for large persons. The bathroom plumping system does a strange noise every time you do bath or push the toilet button but is working good either on hot or cold water.
