Location was perfect, very close to the train station. Room was clean and functional. The room was on the small side. Neighborhood was not the cleanest but that is difficult to avoid near train stations.

Room was exactly as depicted. We liked the washroom, it was clean and comfortable. Wifi was great and the hotel is extremely close to the train station (Rome Terminal). We stayed in a quad room with one king bed and bunk beds. Everyone slept well and our teenagers were comfortable sleeping on the bunk beds. Only downside is the neighbourhood. However, the hotel is just far enough away from some of the tougher areas around.

There was a lot of noise in the morning and wifi wasn't that good. A bit expensive for the place

Close to railway station Very boring and minimal

Good location and spacious rooms with some kind of old fashion design and reception desk 24/7. Friendly personal However, there is a lack of cleaning here. The towels were dirty and agglutinated... and some hairs all around, esp. in the bed...

The bed was so uncomfortable

The room was very clean! The hotel staff were so nice and held our luggage for us as we got there before the check in time (our room was actually finished early so we got in sooner) there’s two cafes right around the corner if you need to kill time. It was right next to the train station so not a bad walk at all and still a close enough walk to the attractions, about 20 minutes to the colosseum etc!

The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the reception staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Recommended to everyone. The hot water is not hot enough when used.

The staff was great and very friendly. The hotel was safe and secure. I like that they give you a key fob to enter the hotel from the street, very secure. I like to location because it was close to the train station our main means of transportation on this trip. Access to the train station was just down the street, at the other end of the street a nice park to enjoy our morning coffee. Look we had no illusions , this is not our first trip to Italy, we knew that the room would be somewhat dated ( it is not a big chain hotel), BUT it was comfortable , clean and the air conditioning worked fine.

What a lovely little hotel, the staff were wonderful and the room was perfect for our short stay. The location was absolutely fine, it's within walking distance of a few main attractions and the metro is also nearby.

Mainly location else things were just normal. Washrooms were really small. Little insight about my Room no. 10 was that the shower was not smooth instead it was very sharp and kinda piercing. No dental kit, I believe 3 stars give dental kit but I neither asked
