Gh Trevi Fountain

The location was excellent-super convenient walking distance to many sights. The room service was excellent-fresh towels every day. You have control over the room temperature and the bed was super comfortable. A big thumbs up! I would have liked access to an iron. We otherwise greatly enjoyed our stay.

The location was great close to transit There was a little mold smell in the shower.

The room was newly refurbished and very clean. It is located close to the Trevi Fountain and many great restaurants. RJ helped us book a taxi for our departure, which we deeply appreciated. This accommodation is right across the street from the National Gallery! Breakfast is not included, though there are many restaurants nearby. The guest house is on a busy street but noise was not a problem.

A perfect location, a 10min walk to the Trevi Fountain, 15mins to the Pantheon. The room was spacious, modern and the local area was lively and safe. Communication with the host was straightforward; directions and instructions for check-in were perfect. Only a small detail but the shower temperature and pressure could differ throughout the day.

Loved the staff ( RJ at the reception was very helpful, kind and very friendly). Location is amazing. Bathroom is very tiny. Very uncomfortable. The water pressure in shower is bad.

This stuff is really good. The place is amazing. Everything else will be very close to you by walking a small thing only it was the apartment hot. It’s not cold otherwise everything amazing.

Location of GH Trevi is great. You are close to Termini station, as well as the famous sights, such as Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Naturally, restaurants and cafes are close by. The check-in (even late in the evening!) was smooth, no extra cost, I received self check-in instructions in Booking messages and the place was easy to find. On the day of the check out, I was able to leave my suitcase in the reception for the day. The room was modern, has a good bed and a bathroom, so if you are looking for a comfortable, simple place to rest and shower in the heart of Rome, this is a good place. No coffee maker in the room, just a water kettle. A bit noisy (which is understandable in the middle of Rome!). The rooms are ground level. I stayed at the street side room, so at night I could hear cars driving by and the lights would reflect inside (maybe better blackout curtains could help). Also, I would hear the neighbor taking a bath (at night and during the day), the sound of water splashing around was very loud.

Staff entered room when we left and had a bad attitude, booking.com posting says soundproof, but could hear everything crystal clear including the front desk phone notification pings (can’t have a private conversation in room without people in the hallway hearing). Expect little privacy.
