Spotlessly clean. Tried using the bath (which looked nothing like the picture). After about 20 minutes it was only a few inches deep. When we eventually got the water level above the jets for the jacuzzi function the water shot over the top bath so it was useless. Air conditioning was also poor. A hose through a window attached to an air conditioning machine wasn’t what we were expecting considering the amount of money we paid. Headboard had several tears/rips in it.

Not a lot... We were very disappointed and expect a refund!!! The air-conditioning was broken and the unit provided in its place was totally ineffective. As a result we had two terrible nights sleep in the room. The fridge did not work and our milk went off meaning coffee facilities were wasted. We could also not cool water in the intense heat. The shower had a smell of the drains and also the water did not run away and the shower filled up meaning we had to stop each of our showers halfway through. Nothing!! This hotel has no AC. The rooms are scorching hot and smelled mildew. It was so hot we got heat rash after our stay. No AC, the room feels empty and outdated. It was too hot and we couldn’t sleep and we asked the front desk if we can get another room, they said no while the “motel” is empty. It actually ruined our experience in Rome.

Is close to everything. The staff is wonderful. Hotel is clean and rooms are a great size. All was wonderful

Great location in the central part of Rome and easy 15min walk from the train station. Unfortunately disappointed as the photos did not represent the condition of the room. Duck tape on bed frame, noisey air conditioner, furniture needed repair and bathroom needed a good clean.

Spacious apartment which had everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning was inadequate. It was installed underneath a window, and you could only feel the cool air if you sat directly in front of the unit. It did not cool the room effectively, making it uncomfortable, especially in warm weather.

Great location and a very nice room. Electrical issues meant that we could not turn the room lights off on the first night. This was fixed by the second night.

Hotel room was bright and airy. Very hard to get in, check in, check out. Water stains on the wall and ceiling.
