The staff and the cleanness That was close to all of the landmarks of Roma
-
Very friendly staff! Super helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is close to a super market and from bus stops. Easy to find, accessible to many restaurants. It was great. The elevator is small but works well.

Excellent location, within walking distance of Rome’s main attractions and transport links. The staff were polite, responsive and genuinely tried to help when issues were reported. The room was very small and had a strong mold smell throughout the stay. The toilet seat was completely broken, making the bathroom uncomfortable to use. Although the staff responded professionally, the hotel was fully booked and the repair was scheduled after my check-out, so the issue could not be resolved during my stay. The complimentary breakfast voucher offered as compensation could not be used because my departure was at 5:00 AM. Considering the room rate, the overall value for money was disappointing.

Dirty shower, not secure doors.

Good location and friendly staff.

I wouldn't advise this place. I got a room without window at all. It was claustrophobic and I had difficulty to get sleep without fresh air. We got really small towels. No one available during the night if you need something. I

The location is just perfect, it's a 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum, Vittoriano and Termini station. Also has bus and metro stations close by. Plenty of shops and restaurants and breakfast places nearby. The staff is extremely helpful and cute, offering extra coffee and tea, and the suggestions they gave us for eating out were just perfect. Room was clean and tidy. Rooms are on the smaller side, but for the price, location and otherwise good amenities it's perfect. What are you doing in your room if you're in Rome? :)

Great location! The bed was not comfortable. I also reported that the bathroom door handle was broken and no action was taken to fix the issue.

Great transportation service ! There was only one door in the shower, so the bath got wet every time.

Near bus station, close to many shops and restaurants, Gulia was so sweet and helpful in all ways

Erika is Wonderful she is welcoming, welcoming and an absolute delight. Excellent Representative for the hotel. The hotel wad in a great location, with a variety of stores, shops, mini mart and resturants. Not to forgey local buses to take me all over Rome. I wouid have liked a lounge, food available to purchase.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to popular tourist attractions, grocery, pharmacy, and public transport, which made getting around super convenient. The staff were also friendly and always willing to help, which really added to the overall experience. The room itself felt a bit stuffy and worn out, and the bathroom was quite small with no exhaust fan. During our stay, the hotel also ran out of complimentary drinking water, which was a bit inconvenient.

Shower didn’t have walls, so floor got wet.
