Good location. Staff helped with problems. The walls were not soundproof. Had to move room as we could hear our next door neighbor going to bathroom from our bed.

The breakfast is simple but tasted good. Thank you for storing our luggages for one night while we leaved 1 night to Florence. Highly appreciated. The lift is so small, the shower box is so small, hard to move around while took shower.

Breakfast was perfect, really nice food and really great host looking after us. Staff helping me from the main hotel to my room were brilliant as well No curtains so in the morning light will come through and wake me up. Also assuming light would leave my room and people would be able to see inside so a curtain would help with privacy
