I liked the room, the location of the hotel, and we also had a great breakfast. No dislike at this time

The room was clean and spacious. The rooftop is great for breakfasts/drinks/dinners. We had the late checkout arrenged by request.

The outside area of the hotel was just a bit rougher than we expected.

We loved loved the rooftop bar. It was fun and lively and so beautiful! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The Glam was a great location and breakfast was delicious

Staff was friendly and set up transport to airport for us. We left early before breakfast was served and they provided a boxed breakfast for us which was wonderful!

Beautiful hotel, very clean, exceptional staff! Would definitely stay here again! It was a little too far for us to walk to some of the things we wanted to see due to medical issues so we had to take a taxi now and then but we were able to find transportation easily so this was not a big issue.

I liked the location. Our room was a “ok” but the bathroom was terrible! It has no door from the bedroom or even curtains for privacy! It was an open clear glass shower. The toilet has a semi opaque glass door as well, but people outside could still see what you were doing in it I guess they must not have any regard to the dignity of their guest! The bathroom sink didn’t even have enough room around it to hold a toothbrush! We complained at the reception that the hair dryer and coffee maker were not working but no one fixed it. For the price we paid, it was a terrible experience!! Will no recommend and never return to this hotel again! We loved the rooftop restaurant, the food and staff were excellent, the view was spectacular! Location Excellent location, close to shops and restaurants.

Great location. Rooms were nice. Staff was great. Rooftop bar and restaurant were a great place to relax and enjoy the property and get fine Roman food.

The room is very good, clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The pillows are very soft and low (not my style), but I didn't ask for others from room service. The room at the back of the building is quieter than the one at the front, probably because of the avenue. The restaurant is way above my expectations. The food was bad, given the expectations set by the restaurant details provided at the property and on the booking.com website. It's my second time, the first I had the same issue and the breakfast is "ok", not amazing.

Everything was, beautiful, staff was terrific

Very nice and clean. Everything is updated and modern. The bathroom shower was very small and tight. The location wasn’t the greatest. It also was missing the old world charm I was looking for.
