Centrally located - especially to walk to the colosseum, pantheon and the Trevi fountain. Odd lack of USB ports for charging devices considering it was nicely and modernly renovated. No programming on the tv for English tourists and hard to navigate the channels. These are minor issues though as this is a very comfortable hotel.

The AC wasn’t working and no one was able to fix it until the next day. Besides that, everything was ok.

Location was nice. They stated that there was AC on their advertisement however, when we got there it was “seasonal”. Our room was so hot we could not sleep. When we opened the windows we heard cars and people outside. Additionally, we left a few items there and contacted the property several times several different ways and have received ZERO communication from them after stating they would reach out.

Great location , helpful staff

The hotel is located in Monti which is a good area. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at the hotel at 10 pm. The phone for the reception was disconnected so we had to go back and forth to the next building were the reception is, for every request (toilet paper, towels…). The room was set for 2 people all though we were 4 people. Apparently the hotel management decided to compensate us with breakfast but the hotel receptionist didn’t bother to tell us that. There are no hangers at all in the room besides one hanger in the toilet, so there was no where to hang our staff and other towels.

Hotel was very well located - just 15 minute walk from key sites (Trevi fountain, Spanish steps etc). Staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects. Breakfast was excellent and 'barista' coffees were very good. Rooms were large and in good condition. The 'linked' restaurant 'Clementino' was superb - lovely food and heartily recommended. Only two minor hiccups (i) taxi to airport should have been a minivan (4 adults and a lot of luggage post cruise) but a saloon car arrived and we had to take two separate taxis at additional cost (ii) a tour booked through the hotel for the catacombs and cappuchin ended up just being the catacombs - possibly lost in translation or amended time, but the tour we had was very good. Would visit again without hesitation or any others in the chain.

Location was amazing! Close to the Colosseum and so many big attractions in the area. We only booked this stay here because it said in the description it had air conditioning. When we arrived we learned it is seasonal and not available the whole year. Rooms were uncomfortably warm and humid and we were unable to leave windows open because of normal city noise. We were in a seperate building and did not mind that at all, however we had 2 rooms with 5 adults total. We were given 1 room key for each room and not told it had to be inserted into a slot in the room to keep electricity on. So if one person left the room we were unable to get back in to the hotel main door yet alone into our room.

Great size room, really friendly breakfast staff, nice breakfast offering, and fantastic location. Breakfast dining manager is rather rude to staff and guests. Price

The room is too dark, not enough lighting in the room. The toilet has an issue, but after two nights, they fixed it

This hotel is in a great central location, which was very convenient for exploring Rome. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. There’s also an elevator and a terrace, which are nice touches. Personally, I wasn’t a fan of the darker décor, although my husband found it elegant. One thing to note is that access to the spa costs an additional $30 per person, which wasn’t clearly disclosed during booking. For me, that was a downside, but if that’s not important to you, the property itself is still a solid choice thanks to its location. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and friendly. They also recommended a wonderful place for dinner, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Tiptop overall

I liked the location The bathroom smelled like sewage. The staff were aware of the issues and told us they’d disinfect the pipes and have someone look at it. The problem was never resolved and we had two separate rooms that smelled like rotten eggs. The staff was later dismissive and told us the weather in Rome makes the rooms smell. I have stayed around Rome and other parts of Italy, the hotels do not smell. There were also tiny bugs on the sheets and a large spider in the bathroom.

Location. Convenient location from every thing. 15 min walk from train station, Less than 10 mins to Collessum, St. Johns, Scala Sancta, or Holy Stairs, 15 min ride to the Vatican. Wonderful little cafe on the corner of the block. Convenience store right next to it for snacks, water, etc. before heading out for the day. In our case, that came in handy because we were traveling with kids and a baby. Not much. The room was a little dark but we had them bring in an extra bed and crib and they had to remove some of the furniture in the room to accommodate that. They accidentally forgot to bring back the lamp but that was easily remedied. They are very eager to make your stay as wonderful as they possibly can.

A good bar and restaurant for breakfast with good prices, good service, and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and the location is good. The room was spacious, and since I booked two rooms, they were able to put them next to each other. The fact that the hotel was in two separate buildings, and our room was in a building separate from the hotel lobby and restaurant, was not pleasant.
