Good location (walking distance to most places), not too much in the center with all the noise but still ok to walk there at night. Clean room, breakfast was great, stuff was very helpful with everything. The rooms are big (at least two, we switched room because of a problem with the a/c) Nothing

Hotel is in a great location close to most tourist attractions . Room was modern, very clean and with comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good and with a large selection. Hotel staff was very friendly and attentive.

We've seen this in other hotels in Rome--a very nice shower but with a slippery floor and no handbooks.

Incredibly quiet even if very well located in the heart of Rome. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and smiley, which has become rare nowadays. Giacomo runs the restaurant, the breakfast is very generous, and he makes an outstanding cappuccino and espresso. It is a bit pricey, but worth it given how quiet it was and how confortable the beds were. There was not much space to place our belongings, but this was a non issue as we stayed only 3 nights. It would have been for a longer stay.

The maid sevice didn't clean our room good, one day never showed up came back to unmade bed, dirty towels, garbage bucket full, etc. Also the breakfast room looked like a dungeon, dark black color, in the lower part of the hotel basement!!!! For over $ 300.00 per night, We expected better !!!!!!!!!!

Excellent location, walking distance to all the key sites and the restaurant across the street is incredible. The room had a very nice bath/shower. Breakfast was fantastic. Our shower was out of soap when we arrived and the bathtub drain was clogged. Both issues were fixed for us quickly when we asked. Pillows were not very comfortable. Overall though we would definitely stay here again.
