Good location Shower was way too small Ventilation non-existent in bathroom!! No fan switch or auto fan did not work.

Breakfast, location, and ease of accessing the facilities The hotel was generally disappointing. The room had little to no light, the door didn't have a dead bolt so I actually had to put a chair in front of the door to feel safe. I had seen comments about lack of cleanliness and I would agree, there wasn't anything blatantly bad but never felt like it was cleaned properly. There was one day where I left my room at 8am and when I returned at 3pm the room still hadn't been cleaned. There is a gym but it's in the basement, and it can only be accessed with a key from the front desk with only two people allowed access at a time

The rooms were clean, staff very friendly, location good, and the breakfast was great! What stood out to me was that the room was completely soundproof. I could not hear any noises at all during my stay. I have never had a hotel room that quiet! The aircon sometimes would reset and get very warm, but a call to the reception helped!

The location is also good for tourist walking through all the sightseeing tours in Rome. The room is quite big for us but the facility and furniture seemed quite old and broken.

Friendly, helpful staff. Was able to check in early (10:30a.m.) Fabulous location: walking distance to most famous landmarks Lots of choice for breakfast. Hotel was spotless.

The staff was very friendly The bed was terrible! I never slept so bad in a “4 ster” hotel. If you want a relaxing sleep, choose a different place

We stayed here for 4 nights, room was pretty good but a little bit small, bed was comfortable there were little details in the bathroom have to take care of it. Breakfast was good but I every morning they served exactly the same things. Different options would be better if you staying more than a few days. Bakery section was pretty vary.

It was very nicely located but didn’t pay attention to the small stuff Fitness room was ill equipped. Didn’t refill coffee for the coffee maker. Had no ironing boards and to wait a day before they could provide an iron. Couldn’t make change for a 20.00 bill at any time.
