The room even though it was cosy was exactly what we needed. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and the aircon worked. nothing.

The room we got was on the newer side of the property. The room was spacious and had tall ceiling. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with a big sink. The shower was big and had a fancy detachable shower head. I like the shampoo they provided since it smells gentle but fragrant. We were in Rm 328. We were surprised that it had a small walk-in closet with a big clear glass window. Unfortunately, there is no privacy in the walk-in closet since the window lacked a curtain or covering to provide privacy to get dressed in the walk-in closet. We did not really use it except to hang our used bathroom towels on the hooks or hangers they provided. So please put some kind of window covering in the walk-in closet for privacy. During our stay, the elevator was under repair, so it was inconvenient at times to go up to the 3rd floor or to visit our friends on the 5th floor.

Excellent location. Walking distance to attractions like Trevi Fountain, The Colosseum, parks, restaurants, and shopping centers.

The staff was excellent! Always friendly and ready to assist. Great location!

The shower was awkward because of the doors. The way they open and close an there weren’t any shelves or ledges for toiletries or toiletry bags. Water would get on the floor when you shower bc there is a big gap in the door.

We arrived and lobby staff was on his mobile, we greeted him but he didnt even look, he was busy on his mobile, we stood there with other luggage for 10 seconda staring at him then he started quitting what he was busy on on his mobile, and said that he will be shortly with us, it was not professional and disrespectful. Breakfast is very very mid and limited. Price is too expensive compared to rooms and service. Of course no water or anything complimentary in the room.

A comfortable and spacious room. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, all the major sights like Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pentheon in walking distance from the hotel
