Hotel d'Este

The location was very convenient, situated close to buses, trains, supermarkets, and restaurants. It provided easy access to major attractions, such as the Colosseum, St. Peter's Basilica, the museum, and the Trevi Fountain. The staff was very attentive, greeting me warmly every time I entered or left the premises and usually offering a bottle of water or a cup of coffee. They always responded quickly to any room requests. Additionally, breakfast was included. Not comment!

I stayed in a fantastic location close to buses and trains, as well as all the major attractions in Rome, including the Fontana di Trevi, the Colosseum, St. Peter's Basilica, various museums, churches, and Piazza di Spagna. I also discovered nearby salsa and mambo dance schools and the Castel Romano outlet shopping center. As a solo traveler, I found it easy to explore and immerse myself in Rome's rich culture and culinary delights. The room service was excellent, and the hotel staff was attentive, promptly assisting me whenever I had inquiries, which made me feel at home. I especially enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast. Nothing to mention, and I will happily stay there again.

Warm welcome, nice staff, provided us with useful tips about town and give us bottles of water several times. Room was very spacious, very clean, as well as bath. Breakfast was also very good. Nothing to complain.

The staff are very friendly and the location is close to the train station and walking distance to the coliseum. Breakfast is good and the cold bottles of water appreciated with the hot weather. Plus the room has a great air conditioner. Bed was comfortable and the room simple and clean. The water pressure and temperature changes, sometimes good sometimes bad.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in!! The staff are simply exemplary in thier service, showing the greatest kindness, understanding and helpfulness towards the guests and making every effort possible to provide the most comfortable stay for the guests. The breakfast was very good too, with delicious barista style coffee and fresh croissants. Do not miss this gem of a place in your stay in Rome! Nothing! Everything and everyone was brilliant!

It is a nice place to stay. Close to the metro station, which makes it easy to reach any other parts of the city. The location quiety and nice. The hotel is cosy. Nice breakfast. Nothing to report. Location is near a Super Market, Restaurants, Colosseum, and the Metro / Train Station. Staff was better than 4/5 Star Hotels in terms.of Guest Service.

First and most importantly the room was good for the 4 of us. One room with 4 beds (One king and two twin beds. The bathroom was good too. The staff was awesome and welcoming and informative every time we would come and go. Always offered water and coffee. The breakfast was continental style with good pastries, fruit, yogurt, and the coffee was made by a barista and very tasty. The location was good and just a two-block walk to the termini train station, bus stop was about a block and so was the metro. Very easy to walk around to most points of interest. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. I'm not saying this is a 5 Star Hotel, but for a middle-class budget it works great! We would stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Great location and easy to get to. Great staff. Three grown men in one room was a little crowded.

The bed mattress was hard. There was 1 pillow per person and it was not comfortable. The bathroom drain was full and the water was not flowing well. I think it is a hotel that needs some renovation.

The staff were so helpful we only had a limited time coming from the cruse shop to when we flew back home and they helped us make the most of our visit Everything very cozy and welcoming and in a great location
