Very friendly. Let me store my luggage before check in time. I was very tired so they let me relax in the dining room. Also my cozy room had a brand new, very wonderful warm shower Too bad smoking is allowed in otherwise pleasant outdoor seating area

Toilet lid was open, I feel because of that there was smell in the room. Once we closed it, and opened window then it was good. Also blanket quality was not so good.

The breakfast was decent. more is not needed. but overall very poor. I like the staff, especially the lady from Ukraine, she was very helpful, kind and professional. the reception was good, everything is explained correctly. I didn't like the room. some of the lightings were not working, not sure whethere the air condition was working. the beds were too small. the room was very old and smelly. I felt gloomily in that place. will never select such type of the hotel in the future. the location was also very far from the city center.

In the downtown , clean Good staff good place

The staff was exceptional, I left my wallet in my room after checkout and after coming back searching for it. It was returned to me with all items inside. After hearing horror stories about downtown Rome I was very impressed at the integrity of the staff. We talked with management and me and my wife were treated with caffe (served by fabrizo) and a walk to a nice nearby restaurant (Alfredo’s) (escorted by Simone). Exited for our next trip to Rome thanks to the staff.

Room was clean and comfortable. Free coffee in the morning. Was 25 min walk to the centre but No 43 tram stop opposite. Was a 25 min walk from centre but OK.

breakfast was very good. Don't forget to ask the staff for things that are not shown on the tables. entrance through the gate. Unpleasant. The room was clean but very austere. You can't rest there. The hotel is only good for an overnight stay. Max 2-3 days. For a longer stay, look for something else.
