The location is excellent, the area felt safe for a solo female traveller, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to sleep on a firm bed after a few weeks of soft beds too. I would have liked a glass in the room or access to one. Also, a kettle would have been a lovely addition. I went to the wrong floor for check-in, which was confusing when there are two places with similar names, one floor apart. But all was sorted quickly.

Very lovely people working there from check in to serving breakfast. They were helpful in answering all of our questions especially being our first day in Rome. Amenities are sparse but we didn't mind since the location and value was worth it.

Excellent location within walking distance of several major sites. The room was generously sized and well-furnished. My only complaint was the pillows were a bit hard and thin.

Kind and very hospital hosts. Perfect Italian breakfast with fresh bun and good coffee. Very kind Senora Govanna who serves breakfast. Quick and clear check in. Highly recommended. Definitely be back when visit Rome again. No ideas about disadvantages.

When choosing a hotel, I want the room and bathroom to be clean, the bed to be comfortable and the location to be convenient. In all of these three areas this hotel met and exceeded the expectations. However, the staff were superior two examples: it was my birthday, the housekeeper got an almond cake with a candle and wrote a note to wish me a happy birthday. When my spouse fell ill, she was like a nurse preparing tea and making sure that we had soup to ensure a full recovery. The shower was a tight squeeze

Bad service, extremely uncomfortable beds, WIFI didn't work

Without a doubt one of the best hotels in Rome, the lady who runs the breakfast is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious, and the price is very affordable.

Great location, clean, friendly staff, good Italian breakfast.

Location is absolutely perfect! Staff is amazing! Bad is a bit uncomfortable

Staff was super kind and very good location, next to Roma Termini and Metro Station. I strongly recommend!

The manager of the property was extremely nice and accommodating! He was also very quick to respond to messages before arriving to the property. The rooms are a little old but very clean and well kept. We stayed in Rome for two days and this was perfect! Nothing.

Small shower. Room was small but adequate.

Everything was great—the location was perfect. It’s within walking distance of the train station and all the main attractions / sightseeings. The hostess was wonderful ?. Although her English wasn’t fluent, she used Google Translate very effectively. Overall, it was excellent value for the price! You should not have high expectations for the breakfast as it was just tea or coffee, juice and some sweets.

Exceptional

We were greeted by a very approachable and helpful host. Rooms were affordable for Rome and in my favourite part of the city- easy access to the ancient Roman sites. Best of all (and I apologise for not knowing her name!) the lady serving breakfast, she was so lovely and genuine. She welcomed all guests and if she didn’t speak their language she made good use of google translate in offering suggestions and helpful travel tips. I don’t there’s anything I didn’t like ?

Everything Nothing

The location is perfect, everything is very close, just buy local transport day pass from any metro station at 7 Euro and travel everywhere. They have lift in the building which is working fine. Just remember, on Google maps put Buonnarati Suite, Buonnarati Suite is on first floor and Buonnarati Home is at 2nd floor. Breakfast can be improved but overall value for money. We get croissant, coffee, juice as breakfast. I definitely recommend staying here.

In the room was very cold , the heating didn’t work even though I Told them…they changed our room in the last evening.. ?

Location close to Train Station and Metro. Within walking distance of most Rome attractions. Close to Saint Maria Maggiore basilica, worth a visit inside. Breakfast could have had more selection, say yoghurts, fruits etc.

Giovanna and Federico were very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. They gave us tips to visit the city and how to move around. Breakfast was only sweet
