AC direcly fan bed

The place is very close to the Termini train station/metro with which you can go anywhere in Rome fast. The host is very friendly and even though I booked last minute, came within 10 minute of calling him. The area has some sketchy people but I didn't have problems whatsoever. It's a place with shared bathrooms, it could use a few hangers for stuff. The shower water was cold which was bearable in the hot weather.

The location was near Roma Termini, 10 min walk, near many attractions, the place was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The host was really nice and helpful, breakfast was included and delicious. Thank you Mario!

It would be nice to have 2 pillows one of them being softer

I didn't like that there is nothing stating I have to pay the city tax in cash. My last days in Europe, I didn't have cash anymore. I had to withdraw money just to pay it. It was annoying and it's not explicitly said anywhere that we have to pay cash only. It's someone's fault and I had to pay for it. LITERALLY because there was a tax to withdraw money.

Clean

Everything is bad, not convenient to stay, there is no breakfast! Just the owner is lying! Marketing tricks!!! I will not strictly recommend to spouces or couples!!! How can husband let his wife stay together with other strange men! The photos are different from real situation! Also the owner ( chinese man) is very rude and impolite! He is just interested in money!!!

Room was clean. Breakfast ok. Cleaning lady was very polite and helpful. Elevator didn't work properly, water heater some times didn't work. And no control for the A/C even the listing mentioned it's included.

Location & clean The behavior of the owner , I make a mistake and I didn't checked the common toilet issue , I message him many times 2-3 hours after booking about the issue , no reply , when I asked to cancel and refund (only few hours after booking and 2 weeks before the arriving dates ) we got only ''sorry no refund ''.(he could easily cancel it and book it immediately to some one else ...) We arrived , checked in , stayed one night , booked somewhere else (with private WC....) and left . We kept the keys (just in case we wanted to return ...) and to prevent the owner to rebook it ! (the plan was to return the keys on check out day..) Magically the owner saw as leaving with our luggage (nobody was there , most probably there are cameras ) and call us , and text us ! He was afraid about his keys ! the next day he text us again and told us (I have everything on text) that if we check out early we can have our municipality tax back (....bait...) . I just return the keys and left , money is not everything , to us at least ..... The owner (who is NOT Italian ) report at booking.com that we never check in so he kept he kept the cash tax money (since we are never there ...) and at the same time we were not able to make any review on the facility ! (thank God Booking customer support kick @ss and here I am ....) (I forgot 3rd floor , no elevator (at least for us .) )

The best possible location and extreamely clean! It's at the city center and the train/metro station is just 3 minutes away. You can walk to the main tourist attractions. The owner Mario is extreamely polite and responsive. A lady comes to clean every morning - she cleans every room, the bathrooms, and eaven makes the beds just like in a hotel. Overall, super clean, excellent location and an amazing host. Highly recommended! Aleksandra

All is great. Mr Mario is attentive Sharing bathroom, however everything was super clean.

Facilities were adequate for our stay. Location was great, near Roma Termini. Somewhat hard to find as not any markings to indicate location other than street address. Breakfast and room ok. Host was very helpful in orienting us for room and giving some tips for eating.

Multiple things , Our son was 2.11 at the time of stay , they charged us for 3 years old rules. Which was not done . He was charged 50 euros for the space usage. Bathroom was not clean , it was very small . Shower was not having hot water. Kitchen cant be used for boiling milk for baby . I would not recommend the place to family with Baby If charging the Baby for 50 euro for stay of 2 days , then there should be Baby food arranged and kitchen should be given for usage for baby food preparation

I liked most the location and the cleaning of the room. The sympathy of the outer, Mario, was good too. I didn't liked too much of the breakfast, it wasn't so good that I expected. I ask if the owner could add ham, cheese and bread for breakfast and he just tell me 'no'. I reserved that room because of the breakfast and it was a little bit disappointing. The pressure of the water on bathroom wasn't good too.

The location of the apartmens just 5 minutes from Termini train station. We had a room with a private bathroom. Everything is small, but comfortable. The breakfast is simple, but good: cereals, milk, coffee machine, fresh pastries and fruits. Clean, comfortable stay. The internet connection is good as well. You can use common kitchen to make tea or coffee or to heat food in the microwave at any time. -

The host was amazing and easily accessible with any questions. It was only a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and the bus line was right in front of the place. Breakfast was light (think croissants, yogurt, coffee, fruit) but nice to have. Room was very spacious. My fault I didn't look fully into the booking but I was unaware it was shared bathrooms. However, there were 2 full bathrooms for only 3 rooms so we never ran into an issue with this, just would have brought shower shoes had I known. There also was a safety issue with the bedroom doors needing to be locked from the inside. Better locks that close behind you or when you enter the room would have made the experience 10/10.

Nice place to stay for students. The staff is helpful. There is no toilet in the room, but it was not a big deal, was always available. Don't order Breakfast!

The location is great and close to major attraction. And despite being central, it was silent during night time. Also they have pretty nice self check in instructions for late night check in without an extra fee. The only problem was the AC. We booked it because of that and they had powered the AC off. I even specifically asked for the AC in messages during booking and they didn’t mention that AC will be off. We are from Finland so what is winter for Rome is summer for us and the temperatures with radiator heat was too high to sleep at night. Opening the windows got mosquitoes in. The staff was pretty rude as he started to argue on chat when asked to turn the AC on.

The staff was super nice plus the breakfast is pretty good value for money. About the location almost everything it’s 20 minutes walking away and Termini it’s just at a 10 minutes walk.
