The only reason i didnt rate this a 10 is because we arrived during a heat wave and there is no air conditioning. In fairness, at Check In Giorgion offered us the option to go to another hotel with no cancel fees because of the AC / heat wave situation, but we opted to stay. He gave us a pair of fans for the room and it was cool enough in the evenings to sleep comfortably.

Very good location. 10 minutes to Colesseum on foot. Very friendly and helpful host. Outside noise may disturb your sleep at night.

We can’t fault the host. Giorgio was exceptional. He sits you down and gives you great advice about eating out in Rome and where you are planning to visit, and how to get there. His breakfast is fantastic The lift has to be seen to be believed Like many places all over Italy you are staying in the host’s apartment. This was fine, but our bedroom was a bit tired

The host Giorgio is very kind and is always available to help and give you the best visiting sites in Rome. The location is very close to the Termini Station and to the Metro Station. Perfect for a one-night trip to Rome.

Good place to stay in Rome, just a few minutes from Roma Termini station. You get a room, with some shared space to have breakfast, and some light-meal (have fridge, kitchen available). Giorgio was very kind and helpful, to get the best from our Rome visit.

We were welcomed by a very warm smile and a gracious host, who was our guardian angel in Rome. He provided us a home away from home and made it personal with his never ending touristy tips to navigate the City. Highly recommend to anyone who is keen to experience the local culture and embed in Italian way of life when in Rome.

Exceptional This is the best place to stay in Rome. Localisation is amazing just 10 min from Station and few minutes from metro, walking distance to atractions. Gorgio and Katia are very friendly and helpful. Gave us great tips about attractions and places to eat. Delicious breakfast . Amazing hospitality. This is a hidden gem. I will definitely come back one day. Thank you for amazing stay at your place.

One of the best stays I had in a while! Giorgio and Katia are really nice and helpful with their tips on what to see and where to eat. The beds are really comfortable and rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfast is really tasty and everyone can find something for them, all in all really recommend! When I come back to Rome I will stay here again ☺️
