location was convienent room was clean Booked for the spa tub/shower. however when arrived was informed not to use the digital controls and heater funtion. also that meant the different shower modes like rainfall and spray heads couldnt be used either. one of spraybheads missing as well. dissapointing as this was the reason for booking the room

The apartment was very nice and clean, excellent location. The owner was nice, speaks good english, but dealt patiently with my efforts to speak broken italian over the telephone :) Our only complaint was about the shower. The temperature was impossible to regulate (very long reaction time), shifting between too hot and too cold. In addition, the water volume knob has lost its handle, so it required a lot of strength to turn it on and off with the remaining stump (my female partner couldn´t do it). I wrote the owner a nice and factual WhatsApp message about this, after which she went ahead and officially told booking.com that we hadn´t arrived and therefore didn´t stay (after we had already stayed for 3 days). What a strange way to deal with criticism.

The host was very nice over messages and explaining everything well and fast. The location of the place is great. If you are lucky with respectful other guests, then all good. The shower switch was broke, there was one more but it was uncomfortable to use so the one we wanted to use was extremely hard to turn on and off with our hands. When we took the warm blanket out of the wardrobe, my mum immediately saw it’s stained with blood so I texted it to the host that it is honestly disgusting she replied saying “The blanket has cover, Close it. The cover is clean.”

The host is great, so polite and very helpful. Parisa helped us with a dinner reservation and brought us a bottle of wine for our anniversary. In the room there are two bottles of water, some snacks, even coffee, tea, and some spaghetti to be cooked in case of being hungry in the middle of the night. The location is nice when coming from the airport. The other attractions are reachable in walking distance with 30-45 min. The stay is a good value for money. Check-in is quite easy. The area is generally quiet and you can't even hear your neighbors. I would appreciate a pair of slippers in the room and a bit of more hot water.

The host was lovely. She responded super quickly on whats app to my questions and met me at the apartment. THe apartment had everything that I needed for my stay.

As a solo traveller I felt very safe here. It was easy to find and the host sent me a brilliant video to show me how to get in through the doors. The host was very quick to respond to any messages and left cute little cakes to welcome me. The apartment had everything that I needed for my stay. It is super close to the main train terminal. The shower is leaking slightly but I am guessing that will be easy to get fixed.

Perfect for a layover night and short walk to the station

Superb location, a few minutes walking from Roma Termini. Room was nice and Parisa was a very friendly and helpful host. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. The bed wasn't very comfortable unfortunately and made it harder to sleep. The shower was a bit clunky and awkward at first but was manageable.

Location was great, everything was near. It took us about 20 min walking to get to the nearest attractions 1) The water tap in the bathroom was broken and it was hard to turn off the water 2) The photos are great, but don’t expect that you will get that room from the photos, reality is disappointing 3) it seems to me that it is overpriced, if I knew that, I would better chose another location for rent

Wonderful host, perfect location (just 20m from Termini Station), clean room, comfortable bed. There was some problems with the shower (quite a strange way to turn it on), but as soon as we understood the principle, it was not a problem any more

Was hoping it was a full steam shower, but everything else was great.

This property is located in very convenient location 5 min walking distance to Rome main train station. Parisa was very helpful and caring. The unit was clean and comfortable.
