Excellent location and very helpful, friendly staff a The room I was given was different from the photos of the room I booked on Booking.com. It was very small, had no sunlight, and the shower was located outside the bathroom.

The location is great. We walk to most of the destinations in Rome and subway station is near by. The breakfast was decent. I feel this is good value. The least pleasant part was that the double bed in our family room was just pull-out sofa and it was not very comfortable. Also, the site lists laundry but they don't have any. We end up visiting some near by public place. the bed was not very comfortable. The pull out had also iron parts that we hit few tine and pillows were crappy.

It’s close to all historic structures. All waking distance and accessible. Breakfast is good. The airconditioning is very poor.. we can’t change the temperature. It’s only on a 20degrees mode. We couldn’t sleep coz it get warn inside the room.

The window was near to the service dutch located in the wall where pigeons nesting at the third day,the moveing and the voice of this animas was noisy and annoying which was unpleasant under the vacation.

The location was relatively close to Termini with buses easily available just one street away. We liked that reception was 24 hrs. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was sufficient and quite varied. Good shower facilities and decent sized bathroom. It is not a very large hotel so there were absolutely no crowding issues. Although the rooms may be considered small, there was nothing missing. The double bed had a thin topper mattress over 2 single mattresses so we sometimes ended up with a gap in the middle of the bed or at the head underneath the pillows. Having said that, the mattresses offered good support...
