Nothing but location

Owner met us to turn over the keys when we arrived, great communications and met all our needs. Property is centrally located & short walk to train station

I had a fantastic experience at this charming B&B. The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained—perfect for a relaxing getaway. What truly made the stay special was Fabio, our host. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. I was disappointed that there was no hot water for an entire day during my stay.

Nothing bad to say
-
In-need of a refurb. Kept clean. Small room. Towels changed regularly. Very small breakfast room with minimal breakfast. It's a long walk to anywhere. Run by an excellent host. Rooms are run down, a long walk to the main tourist attractions.

I stayed at this lovely bed & breakfast for 4 nights during my solo trip to Rome and had a truly great experience. The location was perfect—central and super convenient for exploring the city. The host was absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The place was just right for what I was looking for: cozy, clean, comfortable and safe, and I loved the view from my window. If I had to mention anything, I’d say it would be nice to have a bit more variety in the breakfast options, and better soundproofing would be a plus. But overall, those were minor things compared to how much I enjoyed my stay.

Great location, near the train station and approx. 15 minutes walking from the city center. The hygiene could be a little better and maybe a more varied breakfast, but for this price point, is ok.

Mario Fabio, the host, was excellent. He couldn’t do enough for you. He waited for us to check in as was late getting there. Location was perfect for all the things to see well within walking distance. Breakfast was continental style and very good.

Our stay at the BnB was wonderful. As it was our first visit in Rome, its excellent location was a key factor in our decision concerning accommodation. It's located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, near the city centre without the hustle and bustle of the busy city centre streets. Excellent restaurants and cafes were within walking distance, which was important since we didn't want to use any means of transport in order to experience the beauty of the city. The BnB is located reasonably close to many Historically important monuments throughout the city, with the Vatican city being the furthest away, at 40 minutes of walking time. Concerning the room, it was more than adequate, with all the amenities one might need. The bed was comfortable, the rooms spacious and the important thing for me were the high ceilings, which gave the room a feel of airiness. The breakfast that was included was exactly what was needed for a days exploring. Our Host was really helpful, giving us directions, guiding us on what to see and always asking us if our stay was satisfactory. He really makes the guest a priority. All in all, if you plan a visit to Rome, you should shortlist this BnB and you won't be disappointed.

The owner of the guest house, Mario, is very friendly and welcoming. Don’t book breakfast, it’s low value. And you still can have a perfect and affordable breakfast in the streets of Rome.

Mario was an amazing person who helped us make our stay as conformable as possible. He was extremely friendly and explained everything very clearly. If you stay with family with young kids and would like to walk everywhere, you could choose someplace a little bit closer to the main touristic areas. It takes 20-30 min walk like Fountain, Palatanium, or Spanish steps. And more than 30 min walk to places Colesium. But if you are a good walker it's a good location. Also, breakfast was very poor.
