Hotel Homs

The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Kays, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made us feel truly welcome. His assistance and kindness made a real difference to our experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

Staff at concierge only Antonella was helpfull. The other two were indiferent and not at all helpful. Breakfast poor with staff very good especially the black woman. Location was thw better point . The room was old ,wall cracvked, matress owful soft and old not supporting the body; at the edge you could fall off the bed. Air conditioning not able to regulate to preferance. Bathroom poor. Complete Disappointment .

The room was super tiny...smaller than they show in images. One night, the power in the second room got cut off and they didn't do anything about it, my mother had to sleep in without any AC or fan. The person for the night duty was super, just not helpful, claimed there was no alternative!

The location is perfect, the room was spacious and well kept and the staff were so helpful. I would highly recommend it. Can’t think of anything.

Location I Only breakfast can be better

Staff was friendly. Manage to check in early. Cant beat the location Need new carpet for sure. Also there is only plug point in the room. Abit troublesome if need to charge laptop or phone. They other plug is in the bathroom. No water given in the room. For a 4 Star hotel, could do some renovation to improve.

Everything else

The location is great, the sheets were clean, and beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience and we enjoyed it. We did not eat breakfast. It seems outdated, the fridge did not work and had to be replaced, and the seif was not working and we did not use it. Sometimes the air conditioning was not working either.

A/C didn’t work. Bathtub and shower had mold through out. Carpet in hallways was worn out and dirty ?

Location and staff Bathroom was awkward—beds fairly hard. But staff and location was awesome!!

The location is excellent, centrally situated with easy access to all major attractions. The room is a bit small but clean and well-maintained. I didn’t opt for breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making the stay pleasant overall. Small rooms and bathrooms! Overpriced!

Location was excellent and breakfast was good..

I stayed at this hotel three different times. I chose it because it was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Breakfast was of excellent quality. The ladies who served it were very pleasant and polite. Elevator, but it's not a big deal. There's nothing more. Overall, everything was excellent.

Central location. Close to everything. Clean and comfortable rooms. The property could use some maintenance especially in the bathroom.

Size of the room. Absence of coffee machine.

great location, staff was helpful, fair work desk everything else. Shower was broken, room was very old and outdated. Door lock are tricky. No noise isolation, I woke up every morning from doors shutting. elevator was very bad. Breakfast was disappointing and I didn’t come with expectations
