We were pleasantly surprised by the host by switching the air condition before our arrival so that it was cool in the room when we arrived, while the temperatures outside were very high. The property was very clean. The host was very responsive all through our stay. Restaurants, cafes were very close. We were allowed to let our luggage after we checked out as our flight was in the evening. Nothing!

Big 3 were amazing - location, air conditioning and WiFi Shower in common area of bathroom was not ideal layout

We stayed at this accommodation in Rome for four nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The place was comfortable, clean, and well-suited for our stay, and we felt satisfied with our choice. The only minor drawbacks were that the window faced an inner courtyard rather than offering a view, and there was no elevator, which would have been helpful, especially with luggage. Despite these small inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others visiting Rome.

The shower in the bedroom is not what we expected.

Location was only good thing about this property. Did not get what we thought and the price was quite high. Last night in Rome and expected it would be much nicer. We did not know there would be multiple steps to room. Was difficult to manage with luggage. Traveling with family and sharing rooms. One room the shower had no privacy ( no curtain and could be seen from bedroom) and the other room the shower had a curtain but was in the room not in the bathroom. Very strange. And the pullout couch advertised was actually a pullout chair and very small. It was not made up and when asked for sheets was told it was not possible and we had to let them know in advance we wanted to use it. So figuring out where everyone could sleep was difficult with 2 parents and two adult siblings who were not comfortable in this environment.

This is a great place to stay and I would stay here again.

Location It’s not a hotel! It’s a shared apartment with en-suite bathroom!

The location was perfect. Close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The metro is just a few minutes away by foot. There are restaurants and shops when you walk outside. The room is nice and clean. We slept very well on the bed. Surprisingly, it is pretty quiet at night time, which is a plus. Andrea is phenomenal. Incredibly nice and accommodating. The only issue was that on the first day someone (I suppose a staff member) knocked on our door asking us to be quiet. We were a little shocked because we were just talking normally. Other than that, everything was great.

However, when I made the booking, I lacked both telepathic skills and knowledge of Italian to immediately grasp that our toilet wasn’t a cozy part of the room, but a proudly detached bathroom down the shared corridor. Naturally, this important detail was kindly mentioned in Italian, because what could be more accessible for international tourists, right? The host sweetly explained that I had chosen the economy option, so basic comfort isn’t really meant for us humble romantics dreaming of a private toilet for just €140 a night ? And while strolling down the corridor in a towel among semi-strangers is certainly one kind of Roman adventure, would it be too much to include a pair of slippers in the room? €2, but such a simple joy.

Location was fantastic and communication with host was excellent. Near all the most amazing attractions! 3rd floor with no elevator and spiral staircase. Room was tiny. Shower in the bedroom. Narrow hallways.

The location is amazing. The restaurant near are perfect. The queen bed was large and the single pull out bed was comfortable as well. Great value for three people The shower was located in the bedroom area and the made showers a little challenging.
