Everything Rude stuff in the breakfast area. No one helps with the luggage. Small breakfast No water, very old and steaming bathroom No good facilities. Very old light in the room that doesn't even light well. Old elevator

Breakfast was very good and a nice addition to my stay. I would have preferred the option to have an Italian caffè, rather than the Americano provided. I did not see tea available. The wifi was not reliable in my room on piano 4. The lighting in the room was adequate but needs updating. The tv reception was spotty. I don’t consider these to be serious matters.

Hotel was presented as 4 stars. It’s 2 stars the most. Room wasn’t clean. All night chickens outside were making lots of noise. Breakfast less than mediocre as far as quality and choice. Room can be cleaner— floors were dirty. Pillow — only one and small. Mattress from last century, something sticking from it. Worst of all— noisy chickens. Friendly staff.

Location is great for access to the train station and express trains to the airport. The hotel is a tired facility that requires significant maintenance and a full rehab. The included breakfast is very basic; much better can be found that is inexpensive-moderate in cost within the surrounding area and train station. The bed, was the worst I have experienced..sink in 10cm as both the mattress and platform need to be replaced!!
