The bathroom was quite small, and the room could use some renovation and maintenance. Also, the hot water was not always available, which was a bit inconvenient.

Didnt have slippers

Could be a little more deeply cleaned

Really good location, walkable distance to the train and metro station Termini as well to all the main attractions. Clean. There was no hot water on the first day, but when I texted the property they fixed it in a few hours. The shower is small, I am not a very tall person but it may be an issue for some people, I definitely hit my elbows and head a few times while taking a shower. Sound isolation is not that great, it may get loud at night.

The proximity to the train station made it very easy to walk to. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. Finding the hotel. It's a relatively small sign, and it's a front door that shares signage with a lot of other businesses, so they should have photos on the website or do whatever else they can to make it easy to find. The lack of A/C meant I either had to have the windows open to a loud street below or be uncomfortably warm.

Location great 3 minutes from termini station. Lots of place to eat. Shared bathroom

Location was good for getting to tourist spots. Comfy bed and towels etc provided were good, shower worked well and on the way out we were allowed to store our bags for the day! Air conditioning didn't work at all but the window opened was okay in April.

Room was very poor quality. Small Monitor not TV and rebooting all the time. Furniture in bad state and shower old and small.
-
It is near a lot of good places and it is easy to get to touristic places

Mini fridge didn't work, sliding shower head wouldn't stay in place, key required a very specific technique to open front gate ( insert key, retract 1 mm, then turn)

The room was very small, not what was said in the description. The room was dirty, I mean there was dust under the bed, there was no duvet cover for the blanket, it was wrapped in the sheet, not even wrapped, the blanket was put on top of the sheet and the blanket had stains. They said the room will be cleaned every two days, but they didn't cleaned anaything, just changed the sheets and bath towels (they took hand towel and didn't replace it with a new one and also left the older one which lays on the floor when you got off from shower). There was no soap, there was water in the soap bottle. There was no warm water coming in the sink, and it was very very cold water.

Very polite host, good communication, was always in touch, gave us drinking water when we asked. The location is really good, it’s pretty close to Colosseum and Forum, like 20 minutes walk. There are a lot of souvenir shops nearby where you can buy nice magnets, keychains and stuff. There is a supermarket across the street. The room had a fridge, a wardrobe, the towels were clean, they have a blow dryer, shower gels. There is no door for the restroom which is pretty weird cause you can tell the renovation is quite fresh, which’s a bit awkward. There is some mold in the shower and behind the heating.

the room is dirty, there is a lot of dust under the mattress. the hot water is off and there is no heating, we can't shower and sleep and we're cold!!!

There were a couple nights when we didn't have hot water and had to call the owner to get someone down to try and restart it. One time it took 45 minutes to get hot water back on. We also had an instance where the heater in the room wasn't working. Had to tell them a few times that the radiator wasn't working.

Last day of our stay. The elevator was broken. It’s so heavy to carry our luggages from our floor (room) to ground floor. All in all. The room is very comfortable.

Clean, quiet, conveniently located

The location was perfect - so close to the city center and easy to reach everything. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better!

Room was a bad joke. Bed spread was filthy stained. Big dry wall damage. The 3 picture frames hanging on the wall had nothing inside them .. bad joke! Poorly maintained
