Building was nice, safe and secure. Room was comfy with good air conditioning and was large. Bed was comfy. Large black mold spot in the bathroom which needs to be treated and is dangerous.

Breakfast was not provided. Location was very good - near train station. On the 5th floor, with several keyed doors to pass through to gain access to the room. Room was clean. No breakfast. Circuitous entry, but not a deal breaker.

Great communication from the staff starting at booking. Clean rooms, clear instructions for how to find the building, rooms were spacious, etc. Exceptional value for the price. They allowed me to check in last minute too which was incredibly helpful. Bathroom was not directly connected to the room which was mildly uncomfortable but not a huge issue.

Shower was weird, and water went out easily. Needed extra towels, staff helped us.

We stayed there for a couple of days. It was a clean, spacious room with pretty much everything you need. There was a separate bathroom for our room and a shared kitchen. We arrived very late at night, and the host was waiting for us at the gate, which was very considerate. Thank you!

Everything was ok! The room is like in pictures. Maybe very noisy if there is more people on the other room. Furniture a little bit old. There is one room with kitchen stuff, and the toilet was only for us, so that’s nice

What we enjoyed the most was the staff :) The are extremely helpful and friendly with any unexpected issues and tasks. Although the place is close to the train station, there is no noise or disturbance because place has cozy inner yard and windows are facing this yard.

They made the bed every day. When we arrived, it turned out that the hotel was under renovation and we were given a room in another one. The elevator was terrible and the room stank from the bathroom. The smell was unbearable and the room looked like from the 90s. The bathroom was small and disgousting, while taking a shower it was completely flooded because the toilet was behind a curtain inside the shower.

The staff was kind and helpful. The WIFI and TV was good. Overall the room and the shared bathroom was clean. There hairdryer in the shared bathroom was quite effective. In the shared bathroom the toilet did not flush properly unless one adjusted manually stg at the tank before every flush. It was quite inconvenient. (At least we were the only room who used that while we stayed there so we didn't have to share it with others.) However the room was renewed the furnitures were worn.
