Clean well located and affordable. Excellent staff as well.

The hotel is near Rome Termini and a metro station. It has a convenience store (Pam Local) nearby. The hotel itself has a lot of character. You need to punch in a code on a keypad to open the entrance. The elevator is old-style which adds to its charm. There is A/C. Staff is friendly. The bed is a little narrow but I didn't fall off it. The safe is not as easy to use compared to what I'm used to. Soap provided is small but you can ask for more if needed.

The location is great, close to the metro station and central train station, and many bus stops. The bathroom has good shower. There was a water kettle in the room, but only limited 2 paper cups were offered. We wished we could bring own tea cups with us. When we arrived, only a security staff was there to take us in and he was not so friendly as a normal hotel people. We were a bit disappointed. Fotunately ,later we met other people, they were better. The cleaness of the room, especailly bathroom, can be improved. There were molded spots in the bathroom, after we complained, it was cleaned, but still some marks on the ceiling.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, being just a 10-minute walk from the train station and steps away from the nearest bus stop. As a family, we loved the room layout; it felt like two rooms merged into one, providing plenty of space and the huge bonus of two separate bathrooms. The room was kept spotless with diligent daily housekeeping. One standout feature was the multi-USB charging station—a small but brilliant detail that made charging everyone’s gadgets overnight completely hassle-free. It’s those thoughtful touches that really elevate the guest experience! The city tax to be paid in cash, I would prefer to avoid cash and to pay by card.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The elevator was interesting. We were allowed to check in early without an extra charge. Check-in instructions were clear and easy.

The 24 hour concierge was very much appreciated. Courteous and generous with his time. It must be annoying to answer the same questions from every stopover visitor but he did not act like it was a problem at all. Very patient. The towels were like sandpaper. Crunchy in their rough texture. Cannot imagine why a hotel would provide such towels. The bathmat was very tiny and very warn. This is the only issue I had with Hotel Katty.

The location was excellent. From there we were able to walk to multiple attractions. Staff was always friendly and welcoming. Towels were rough. One night we were sleeping and all of a sudden a bright light was turned on. We had no idea what the purpose of that light was. It stayed on for about one hour until it finally turned off by itself.

I really enjoyed the location. It’s literally 10 minutos from Termini. Close to EVERYTHING in Roma’s downtown. People at reception were extremely nice with me.

Location Rooms Weird layout.

The room was really nice and large. It was really refreshing to have so much space after staying in some really small rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful answering all the questions we had. We had a little issue with the wifi which the owner was able to fix. There were so many restaurants nearby as well. You can get 2 euro coffee and croissants coupons from the property for a nearby cafe. We loved going there to get breakfast each morning. The cafe owners were so friendly and sweet. It always made my day. Nothing, it was great!

Location, walking distance to many of the places we wanted to see and close enough to public transport for everything else and plenty of restaurants nearby. WiFi dropped out a lot, there was a kettle, there were 3 paper cups that weren't replaced daily. There was no tea/coffee, sugar, milk or spoons. We had to ask for the air-conditioning remote, we requested an extra pillow but never received it. Only one towel was replaced in the 3 day cycle.

the breakfast is not so good. but the room is quite composible. specially, the location is very good for rort time visiting people. easy go to any where by metro.
