breakfast is good 1, We asked for pdf receipt after our stay through booking.com, but get answered of can't find our payment. Front desk management is not responsible. 2. We booked tours through front desk. On the day of tour no tour guide showed in meeting point. Our whole family wait in the busy street for 45 minute, and got answer "The booking is not exist". We got refund but the hotel refuse to pay 45 Euro taxi fees. The trip management is terrible.

All staff members were eager to help, if needed. Everyone was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN!!! It was all good.

I did not stay here, when I got there to check in they told me they had cancelled by reservation because of an error with my card. My booking said I was goign to pay at the property. We had to find a last minute hotel in the area.

We didn't like that hotel's restaurant on the rooftop only served a majority of foods that's origins started out frozen. We were expecting fresh options whilst we enjoy the view but had to opt-out for a receptionist recommendation that thankfully was fresh and delicious! I would say to try to revamp the kitchen space to allow for meals to be cooked fresh.

The front desk team went out of their way to assist. We were hot and tired. They came out right away to haul our 2 suitcases and backpack. When asked they suggested a local laundry service. More than that, while we had dinner brought to our room, they took care to send out our laundry AND ensure that it was back at the hotel within 2 hours! Clean, dried and folded neatly! The dinner mentioned was a contract service on the rooftop terrace. The food was top notch and quickly offered AND delivered to our room. We couldn't stay longer...

Bathroom Everything and no wardrobe or iron

Mica was very welcoming. She also found us tickets to the Roman forum and Colosseum, plus a suggested route for our day of touring. Both she and Gaby made us feel at home. The evening refreshments on the top floor bistro were a pleasure and a relaxing way to end the day. N/A

The breakfast was great to have protein options and have a substantial meal before walking the city most of the day. The location was good for us to walk to everything except the Vatican. The inability to control the air conditioning was a downside for us. The bathtub was also difficult to use as a shower since the plastic divider only covered about one-third of the tub, which caused water to get all over the floor. Additionally, it would be helpful to have hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels, especially for families of four.

Great location, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, had an elevator Nothing

Not being biased as a Filipino guests, but Ms. Emilyn ( Emie) a Filipina staff made sure that we & the other guests got the best service in our breakfast. Friendly staff , good location. And we were surprised that eleven years ago, Hotel Montecarlo was the same hotel we stayed the first time we went to Rome. We recognized only when we saw the toiletries wrapper? The old elevator .
