Raeli Hotel Lux

The property was really clean, had air con and was nicely close to the train station/bus station which was very convenient. It was also a nice walk to the centre of Rome. There was a lovely selection at breakfast and we were welcomed by really friendly staff. It was possible to leave bags after checkout for the day which was extremely useful as well! Me and my brother stayed there on our first solo holiday without our parents and it was the perfect hotel. Facility and price wise we couldn’t have asked for more. The staff gave us recommendations of places to go, as well as good restaurants. The bathroom was a really good size and the room was spacious too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Rome.

Excellent location, next to Rome main railway station (Termini) and 2-3 stops from several main attractions, like Piazza di Spagna. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet room, very good breakfast. My room was too narrow. It would also be nice to have some handkerchiefs in the room.

Breakfast was ok for the amount we paid separately. The staff did not seem so friendly or welcoming.

The staff was amazing!! The room was good for what we needed. The shower/Tub need either a shower curtain or shower doors.

Nothing really. The room was a cupboard sized room with very few facilities. The beds were uncomfortable. The AC didn't work well. This is an aging hotel that isn't kept up to date.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything I requested was quickly attended to and instructions always very clear when asking for directions or surrounding information. All of my expectations were met - no complaints!

It was clean and tidy

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the quiet of the room, cleanliness and air conditioning. Rooms were advertised as having safes and a desk. Our room had neither. Shower was so tiny, you could barely move. Room needed a chair.

Great property only about half a mile from Termini, and half a mile from sights. Staff were lovely, let us check in early and then drop our bags the day after after we had checked out. Would recommend I would have liked 2 pillows each in the room

It was very clean and comfortable, the staff were polite and cheerful. There was plenty of choice at the breakfast with everything being well presented, fresh and delicious. The area the hotel is in is a bit rough although safe and secure due to the proximity of a nearby embassy the permanent police guard stationed at either end of the street.

Exceptional

Clean, kind of friendly staff, good location... .... But the noise!!!! You could hear everything from the other rooms or the corridor. They still have keys for the doors, and it was a nightmare every time someone got into their room. I had to sleep 3 nights with my earphones on. I swear the first night I thought someone broke into my room while I was asleep, but it turned out to be the person next door.

was not made aware of an additional city tax of 750 per upon checking out. Aldo a fridge in room would have been a perk.
