Great location in the center of Rome. Walked everywhere no where was too far. Very comfortable room, charming breakfast area on the terrace. Would stay there again for sure. Not much! It was great!

The room is beautiful and the location is central breakfast and I do wish there was a 24 hour lobby

Staff were so friendly- they responded quickly during booking and were so kind upon check in. The room is clean, and comfortable and within walking distance to so much, especially the pantheon down the road! The transportation they arranged for us was reliable!

The location and the room was to good

The location of the hotel was great - close to a taxi stand and most things that we wanted to see/do were within a 30-45 min walk. This hotel was more like a VRBO or AirBnB, not the full services of a hotel. The 'front desk' is only staffed for a small amount of hours. To get in you use an app on your phone (make sure your phone is charged and has data access). We are a relatively tech savvy family and still had some missteps. It was very nerve wrecking arriving after the front desk was closed (apparently at 7:30/8?) and with suitcases we had to get through three locked doors with an app. The process took about 30 minutes and it felt very much like an escape room. This might sound fun, but not when you're in a strange city at 9:30 at night with your child and suitcases. For this reason I would not stay in this hotel again. I prefer having 24/7 service/staff when I am paying that amount for a hotel. Additionally, it was not communicated to us where the hotel breakfast was served. It was in a different 'tower' which we didn't even know was part of our same hotel until day 3, so we didn't get to take advantage of this amenity.

The entire staff and room

Great location and on a nice quiet street The hot water ran out I. The middle of my husband’s show twice and never got hot for me the last night. The WiFi was not great.
-
Ideal location walking distance to everything, and the accommodation was perfect and breakfast was good too. Staff were friendly. The bed mattress wasn’t really comfortable

Superb location, steps from the Pantheon, great little restaurants and trattorias, all around, central to all walking tours, taxis. THe room was elegantly appointed, with many extra touches, 3 double doors to the balcony. Spacious bathroom with large jetted tub, shower, bidet, etc. Sparkling clean overall and so quiet for restful sleep on fine king bed. The staff was always so helpful and cheery.

The friendliness of staff & the attention to detail in the room was impeccable ?

Check in was easy. The room comfortable and staff helpful. I booked this hotel because it advertised an elevator. Unfortunately, our room was located in an area that was not accessible by elevator.

The location is the highlight of this hotel. You are right in the heart of the city overlooking cafes, restaurants, and bustling streets just 2 blocks away from the Pantheon. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The historical building entry is fantastic since you get access to the hotel through one of the giant 10 or 12 foot tall doors. During our stay, there was one day we didn't have hot water, but I think this was a problem for the entire building and not necessarily the fault of Hotel Le Clarisse. While it didn't affect us, I think bookers should know that staff is not always available at this spot. They have set hours and not available at the desk 24/7.

The staff and location Everything was exceptional

Staff was very helpful and friendly. For example, on our last morning before leaving for the airport we had an early breakfast. Unfortunately the coffee machine was not working. However, on our way out, the host met in the lobby with a coffee to go once she got the machine working. I little thing...but a nice extra touch. Great location but plan to walk or take a taxi. There is not a metro station nearby.

Terrace was good, location and cleanliness were great Noise from other rooms and street. Entrance not marked well. Elevator is very small- 2 people max- appears to be shared areas with another entity.

The breakfast is very good

Perfect location. The AC was very noisy.

However I did not like the room , it was nothing like was in the picture, was like a corner structure. Also was not enough sunlight and difficulty to breathe. In case of emergency would be impossible to get out from that room, because there is metal installation on the window. I don't understand how this room could be given family with a kid.

For Europe our room was very large. The beds and air conditioning were amazing and we had the best sleeps. The girl that worked the front desk was really kind and so was the woman at breakfast. Breakfast was a bit more than the typical euro breakfast and there was enough options for everyone. The location of the hotel is very close to the pantheon and other tourists spots such as the Spanish steps and Trevi.
